I've used these earbuds quite a bit to get to a point where I can write this review, so here we go. First off, I go through earbuds like crazy, for some reason. I'm a heavy user, and I tend to damage them because of water exposure, rough wear, wear while exercising, etc. So far these earbuds have held up to that wear better than almost any I've used. Overall, these are pretty good headphones at a decent price. Packaging: these are simply packaged, in a sturdy box wrapped in plastic. It contains a charger, and the earbuds (which are in a charging case). Pretty standard stuff. Getting started was simple - charge the earbuds and off you go. They fit well and comfortably in my ears - I've had others that are so small that they fall out constantly, even when you use larger eartips. Not a problem with these - they fit right in, easily, and stay in place. Whew. One hassle was pairing with my Iphone - for some reason, I couldn't do it at at first. Inexplicably, after a few tries, they paired up and off we went. I didn't do anything differently, so I don't have an explanation for why I finally managed to get them to pair, but I'm not going to complain about that. The sound quality of these is really good, better than just about any of the other earbuds I've had. I really enjoy listening to music on these. The battery lasts for several hours (over 3, for sure) without recharging, and the charger itself lasts through multiple recharges without needing to be plugged in. Calls on these are great - no problem hearing the other party on the call, and they can certainly hear everything I say. Because these are noise cancelling, there's no worry that the sound will annoy someone nearby, which is great. I've used these on a plane, at the gym, in a sauna, and at home and there has been no issue with how they have performed throughout. At $60, I can certainly find cheaper earbuds, and I have. But for the fit, ease of use and sound quality, these are worth the $60, without question. Highly recommended. ... show more

These earbuds are very substantial, with a relatively large, but also very comfortably soft, earpiece. They work well for the intended function, which was to listen to music on the go. However, from a hearing aid user, I'm concerned that one of them seems to not have the same screen seen in the audio tube of the other. I presume the one which IS screened does so to exclude wax from going down the audio tube which delivers the sound to the eardrum. In hearing aids, all the "receiver" (meaning a small speaker on the end of a wire) or in-the-ear applications have what are called wax guards; those are replaceable wax-excluders which protect the actual "speaker" inside. I expect that this one will fail if a wax guard is not obtained. Like hearing aids other than those fitted as an "ear mold" (where a wax impression is taken of the ear canal, for perfect fit), these have molded soft "tulips" which go in the ear canal. These should be cleaned after recharging, and before use, with a soft bristle brush. Cleaning on removal doesn't allow the wax to dry, and will be more difficult; once the wax dries, it's a snap. A brush specific to hearing aids would work, but you could also use an expired soft toothbrush. Every ear generates wax to a greater or lesser degree; you'll clean it off easily once dried. At the same time you should carefully brush the wax guard to make sure it's not occluded with dried wax. That hiccup aside, these are a very nice, easy-to-transport, set of earbuds. Charge them on any USB port, whether from your laptop or computer or a wall wart (not included), and they'll give you far longer than you'd stay awake before needing recharging. ... show more

I use Earbuds for everything from communications to mowing the grass and these have a lot going for them. 3 sizes of silicone ear inserts ensure you're comfortable without the fear of them slipping out. The sound quality is good. Compared to the more expensive Apple earbuds these don't have as much low end but they're better on the high end. They paired up easily to both my smartphone and laptop without issue. It takes a little learning to figure out all of the control presses but there's a voice confirmation for just about everything you select. It's a little frustrating putting them in without turning something on, off or pausing because you have to press them into place. Drop them in the case and they immediately start charging. There is an LED indicator on the case, the red light is clear to see but when the case is plugged in and charging there is a faint and I mean almost undetectable faint blue light. The picture I included shows it far clearer then trying to see it in a lit room. The ANC noise reduction works pretty good. It's obviously nothing like over the ear headphones but there is a noticeable drop in sound level from outside constant sound sources when you turn on ANC. There is also a 'transparency' mode but I don't have a clue what that is. I wore these this past weekend for a few hours listening to music and battery life was exceptional.
