Absolute rubbish. It does not pair and right earbud is always having connectivity issues. Charging does not work properly. It won't activate when appropriate, and it won't switch off, running the battery off every time. Furthermore, instruction manual is half in Mandaring, half in a language that's not even close to English. Quality is poor, design is poor and product is useless. DON'T BUY.

Frequent problems with one earpiece not turning on or pairing after charging in this case. And the included instructions are an absolute nightmare of butchered language in an impossibly small font that is not just incoherent nonsense that's nearly impossible to read, but equally difficult to make sense of. There's no excuse for this type of incoherent, illegible, jabberwocky nonsense in product documentation today when you can run text through a GPT (for free) to clean up the language for the market you intend to sell the product in. It only takes five seconds, and even a child could do it. So what does it tell you about the quality of a product when its manufacturer can't even be bothered to make a minimal effort to do something as simple as that?

I bought this because my original airpod case stopped functioning. I was hoping this would be an adequate, if not slightly below par, replacement. I was wrong. It won’t connect to my phone and won’t charge my airpods.
