Edit: Winnovate reached out and offered to make it tight. I quickly received a new paddle board, all seams are glued solid and intact! They quickly and professionally corrected my issue, I'm bumping it up to a 5 star because I really love this board and they had amazing customer support. Original post: So I bought this Paddle Board and took it out the first weekend I could. First impressions were that It was amazing. Two weeks later I've taken it out of for the second use and it seems like the outer nylon seams are already separating in many areas, all round the board. The case is large and cool but the zippers also seem to either zip together wrong or come apart. I'm super bummed because I love the size, pump and accessories. But for the price I expected much better quality. We bought my wife a serene life paddle board a little over 5 years ago and it isn't separating or having any issues what so ever. So we'll probably stick with them for any future purchase. If the company can make this right though I'd definitely consider upgrading this review.

This is my first paddleboard and the first time I used it I didn’t secure the large fin correctly and I lost it. Make sure you line up the screw with the hole and tighten it all the way down. I do more river boarding than lake or ocean so could not really use the large fin anyway because of the rocks in the river. But I still needed to replace the fin. I contacted Winnovate through Amazon and asked if I could purchase a large fin. They responded right away and sent me a COMPLETE SET of fins even after I told them that it was my fault for not securing it properly. I want to add that I like having the second paddle to use as a kayak paddle. The dry bag and phone case work and keep everything dry.

Overall the paddle board is a great size and easy to use, out of the two I purchased, this one the preferred one by all of my friends. I had an issue with it initially with the ankle strap, but customer service was quick to reach out to me and help resolve the issue. Saving me the trouble of having to send the item back. Thank you

I’ve had the opportunity to take my board out twice now. Love it! Definitely would recommend an electric pump! I like the adjustable paddle. I use a shorter position for sitting or kneeling and long for standing! The bag is good sized so I can get it back in.

Looks cool, holds up well. Keeps the air and easy to deflate. The accessories are nice. The paddle works well and is adjustable. The pump is efficient. My only complaint is that it should have come with a powered pump. Other than that, I am very happy!

The paddle board is easy to set up, though it takes some time to get it to the target PSI. The three fins attach easily- they slip into the channel then and hand screwed in place. The surface is nicely textured and comfortable for bare feet. The paddle length is easy to adjust even when on the water, so you can effortlessly change positions—sitting, kneeling, or standing. This paddle board didn't seem as beginner-friendly for those who want to stand as Bitfinic one but it was still loads of fun. Two minor things to mention- I can't figure out what the second paddle head is for since it can't be attached to the paddle handle. It only has a groved track and no pop-up mechanism to keep it in place. However, my kids did enjoy helping using it while sitting with me. The other minor issue is one corner of the upper textured material is lifting. Even with those two small things I'm still very happy with this paddle board. The kids had so much fun with this (and our other paddle board) that they didn't want to leave even after 2+ hours and since then have been asking to go paddle boarding again! A win for screen free fun and fresh air!

So far this is working great. It was amazing the first time taking it out. It's better than any board I've had before. Comes with everything you need. Looks good. They put some thought into the design. It's cool that it can have a seat attached to it. The fact that it has a camera mount and came with waterproof storage bags is icing on the cake.
