Read the instructions. I didn't and broke mine but it still clings to the side of the pool like a champ. I keep all kinds of junk on it and it hasn't let me down yet.

Shipping was fast and it went together easy. However, the descriptions says that it will hold 50 lbs. if it will hold three beers I’d be surprised. The mounting is firm and secure. The table itself is weak and wobbly. Has no support underneath in the middle. As soon as you put one refreshing summer beverage on it, it’s starts sagging horribly. The only way I would recommend is if you rednecked a 2x4 support for the middle.

I got this as soon as it arrived and put it on the pool because we were just about to go swimming when it arrived. It was a bit of a pain to put on the black straps that go around the legs definitely need to be a bit longer since it was hard to get it to secure and I had to keep readjusting it for it to work and go through the slot to secure the other side. It needs to be secured or else it is not very stable with it just attached to the tops of the pool. It is the perfect size for holing drinks and phones and looks good on the side of the pool. I think that if it had plastic that went to the side of the pull at an angle it would actually be more sturdy. As it is now I would not put anything too heavy on it since I don't have a lot of confidence in the straps that are supposed to hold it on since they are so short. I love the concept, it could just be a bit better and more sturdy. I'm trying to figure out a way to attach an angle bracket so it can be more sturdy. I love the concept so that is why I am giving it 4 stars, I just think it could be better.

Solid addition to our outside activity area. This will be utilized for all the things we would need easy access to. As of right now, it is a bedside shelf. Hey multi seasonal use can be claimed when utilizing it, inside and outside. The bar is fold-able for storage and has channels for when in use outside, to drain away water and keep things dry. This bulked up shelf has giant hinges that are well covered for max durability, and the thick arm brackets give super stability. The edge that the arms connect to, has notches so you can move them once attached to the bar. This means it can fit a wide range of pool sizes, no matter the width between support poles. You can match it up perfect. The velcro straps add to the bar not tilting or moving unexpectedly. The surface has a subtle grooved texture too and keeps things from sliding/moving. It was quick to assemble and break down after testing. I love that it folds up to minimize space used in a garage. I'll be getting a bag to keep this in if I store it, so the parts and instructions don't wander. I'm very happy to have come across this and pleased with the design functionality and thought put into the execution of this. I believe it is a good value for what the seller asks. Especially since it is a seasonal item (for most). The convenience and use you'll get is worth it. It works wonderfully in the bedroom to hold excess and keep the nightstand cleared for now.
