A classic-style cellar tag on light card stock, with a significant flaw: the slits around the neck hole aren't fully die-cut. As a result, when you put the tag on a flared-neck bottle, instead of the slits gradually opening and widening the hole for the bottle neck, the tag itself tears from the hole to the edge. After ruining several tags, I found the work-around: carefully tear open each slit before putting the tag on the bottle. With some of these tags, the perforated circle didn't want to come out cleanly. But it generally ripped at the back of the tag, so it's not visible from the front. One side is like regular paper and the other side is a bit slick. I used a sharpie pen, so it wrote just fine on the slick side. Some wine bottle necks were a bit thick, so I had trouble sliding these on; conversely, others were rather thin and the tags slipped off if bumped.
