Came packaged nicely! Slipped it in to the DVD drive and went to Bios and set the DVD as a boot drive, followed the instructions and it worked PERFECT!

I get this mgs every time, follow direction and chose option 1 and this is the mgs I get. By the way, the instruction is very light and poor quality printing on one side, the page 1 side. You need to print them darker or replace ink. This is copy disk it goes 34 min and lock up with the same error mgs tried it twice on one machine and then tried it on another machine which is just got window 10 fresh installation from the internet for free as long as you have window 8.1 on the machine. The machine I need it for has on Windows 7 on it and if you try to do the free installation from Microsoft it error. I see many people have had good disk, but I got one which is defective. Don’t waste your money, just get a few copy of window 8.1 on the internet from upgrade to that reboot and defrag, then do the free installation from Microsoft. There is no tech support from this company, I even called Amazon they don't have a tech support # Run do not buy this disk unless you have time to wait for another disk in the mail over and over. My Lenovo crashed due to battery failure. This corrupted the OS. I had Win10 and MS Office Pro running when this happened. I had upgraded to Win 11. So, I tried to restore the Win 11. WHAT A DISASTER!!! When I reinstalled WIN 11, Office 365 is integrated into WIN 11. When I loaded Office PRO, Win 11 would not allow me to access Office Pro. I deleted Office 365, but it was so embedded, every time I tried to open and use Office Pro, it ONLY opened a screen to sign up and pay for Office 365! This is a devious ploy to force me to buy a subscription to Office 365. I refuse to be manipulated and then installed Windows 10 which works Perfectly. If you do not want to be forced to buy Office 365, install WIN10. Great Amazon seller, great support and easy to use product. Highly recommend. ... show more

I don't know if it ever really works cause it never worked for me. My computer recognized it there but didn't do anything like there was nothing on it. Sadly i had to return this. Went by instructions but like I said it never did anything. The reviews give mixed posts so I was confused already on getting it or not sat in my later folder for a bit and I finally jumped back to it. Wish I hadn't wasted my time so I'm still looking ... show more

Unfortunately my lap top had a corrupt file so I had to do a factory reset. First I went to the BIOS and changed the boot method then the disk began downloading and within minutes Windows 10 was restored. This was a lesson to always back up the computer once a week with a disk. I lost documents and photos. Thankfully I didn’t have to purchase a new lap top. I am a 69 year old lady whose first computer was a MacIntosh. So don’t be intimidated by technology. Read and follow through until something works. I highly recommend this disk for installation.
