I received my pan a few days ago and immediately made a batch of miniature meatloaves. I saw a video online which was extremely helpful as I was not sure what temperature to bake them at, how long to bake this smaller size and how much meat to put in each pan. What I found out is that you do not lower the oven temperature and this is the main mistake people make. As far as how long to bake them you take the time you would bake a regular meatloaf and divide that time by 4 and then multiply the result by 3. For how much to put in each small pan you fill one of the trays with water and pour this into a measuring cup. Then you take that amount divided by 3 and then multiply it by 3. All of these directions ensured that my meatloaves turned out perfect. One other thing I did was place the pan on a large cookie sheet as I was not sure how much grease I might have from the meat. The pans are very nice to use. They clean up quickly with hot water an soap. I'm very happy with these pans and next I am going to make some individual Protein Banana Breads. I wanted this pan for smaller portion tasty meals and treats. I am sure I will need to get a second pan to accommodate meals and snack baking. ... show more

Love the pan, great size for all creations sweet to savory. Took off a star because after hand washing, I left it out to dry. Went to put it away the next day and it already had little orange spots where the water sat in droplets (begining of rust?). I love the pan so much I now hand wash and dry immediately. Opinion: Do not use the dishwasher for this pan. I don't put any non stick bakeware in there just to be safe. ... show more
