I bought 2 of these, along with several of the #4 size, for writing on cakes,,,there are a lot of celebrations in this family, and decorating cakes seems to be my contribution. These are not as easy to use as the #4 size, but are vastly better than the #2 size. They are good for fine work, such as detail work if you're doing a picture on a cake. Mine keep running away from me, only to find themselves in the garbage disposal, so I decided that getting a couple of each size would be the right thing to do. They work with the adaptors, or you can just cut a hole in the corner of an icing bag and stick this tip in there, if you don't want to change tips. ... show more

Love this Wilton decorating tip, use it with Wilton's disposable pastry bag. Almost too easy... snip off the tip of the bag, stuff the decorating tip inside, and add your icing. I used royal icing with cut-out cookies and was super happy with results. The only thing I didn't like was that I had just one #3 tip and when I changed colors, the tip was inside the bag with icing. So I bought 3 more. I'm thinking of making more cookies because decorating them with royal icing is easy with great results. Now I can switch back and forth with colors as I have more tips. ... show more
