The product is fine, but the shipping was not handled well at all. The item was shipped in only the Willow Tree box, and it wasn't even taped shut. Luckily the product arrived undamaged, but the box is in poor condition. Plus it almost came open during transit because it wasn't even taped shut. Love the product but can't say too much good about the way it was shipped.

The product is packaged so as to protect it from damage; it was intact. The figurine touches your heart the moment you see it!
