I never leave reviews but this stuff works fast! It took about 2 weeks for me to see baby hairs growing. I have been dealing with some hair loss (change in hair density) for about 2 years. I started using this oil regularly in mid to late December. I had been shaving my head for years, but decided to grow my hair back out. The first photo is the before, the second was taken today. It's safe to say that my hair is longer - went from a 0 shave to what I believe is 3/4" in the 6 weeks I've been using it consistently. Probably grows about 1/8" a week, which seems to be the average growth rate, but I will say that it has made areas that had less strands to start with, like my temples, come back in thicker. My hair is also noticeably softer than I recall it being, which is a nice change. It is not the only thing I use; I mix it with a leave-in conditioner with keratin, take vitamins, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. One bottle lasts a long time, especially if you mix it with other things. TL;DR - doesn't work growth miracles, but it did help my hair improve in overall health and appearance. ... show more

This stuff actually works. I have long straight hair. I got my hair trimmed at the end of January and decided to try this oil out. I massaged it on my scalp for 5 minutes 3x per week. I didn’t use it consistently. However, it is March now and my hair has grown almost 2 inches longer. My hair normally grows pretty fast but this oil definitely sped up the process. Now my hair feels softer and shinier and my roots are definitely growing in because my hair is colored so I can see the growth. Had 5 stars but knocking down because of whatever is going on with my scalp. Usually get item in store and have ordered online a few times but this time it smells rancid and the color is darker than normal. Noticed only after my scalp feeling dry, reaching for it to oil my scalp, applying it, and suddenly my scalp itching really bad, and suddenly smelling it. I only just washed my hair a few days ago and will have to again. But I am very disappointed, not sure if I got a bad batch or it went bad under cabinet. But I have never smelled it like this before.
