Purchased XL in the black color. I like to always give height and weight measurement to help inform buying purchasing decisions when reviewing clothing. With this being said, understand everyone’s body type will be different. I’m 5”6 inches tall, 225 pounds with medium size fluffy belly-birth 3 kids. I can say with confidence, love these pants. Will be great for casual, work, yoga, walking even dress wear. How the choice is to wear them is up to the individual. These yoga pants come slightly below my ankle bone. These pants have thin elastic around the waist, I would have preferred no elastic at all. The length is great for my height as well as the width-wide leg. There is a very small triangle shape insert in between crouch and inner thighs, assuming for comfort and more stretch flexibility in that area. Whenever I purchase a pant, always look for how much spandex are in them, these have 20% which is quite amazing. The fabric is not too thin and not thick, a medium weight. I could definitely wear these pants all 4 seasons without being too cold or too hot. Just received these pants, so can’t speak on how they wash, will come back to edit at a further date. Will be purchasing the green and brown pair as well. So, yes highly recommended. ... show more

Excited about these pants! So comfortable, soft material, lightly compressive wide waistband, fitted on me through hips and backside, then a nice drape. I can wear them to the school where I work if I dress them up with a nice top, jewelry, and non-sneakers. My big phone fits in the front patch pockets. My phone fits well for a walk but not for a run (material not compressive enough), but wider leg pants while running isn't a good idea for me anyway. If you are looking for lots of compression, then these are not for you. If you are after something comfortable, but smart, for casual daily wear, lounging, yoga etc with the potential to dress them up a bit, buy these now! ... show more

I felt pants looked too long when I opened package but it is high waisted which gives some stomach support without being tight. Nice having pockets. Can easily be casual or used for dressing up. Bought these pants to wear to work. They are not super thick, but still are comfy and keep me semi warm. They are super stretchy and the higher waistline is nice. I love that they also have deeper pockets. I can easily put my large phone in there without fear of it falling out. Loved them so much I went and bought a second pair.
