The material is poorly designed and the company wouldn’t take the product back. As soon as I took the product out of the box and set up on top of a tarp. The kids only had less than 15 minutes before it ripped apart and no longer stayed flatted. Trying to return the product in order to purchase a replacement with better quality and contact the company. Their response was for me to stitched it back with a $60 discount and for me to return the product. I would have to come out of pocket $280 without a free return label from the company and that means a loss for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The photograph is completely deceptive to the actual size. They’ve made the kids tiny to make the slide seem much bigger. Totally deceptive
