Not sure why they say T-Tool included, I got no tool. It's still good value without it but when they say you get it and you don't there is definitely disappointment. Complete is good for beginners because beginners don't want to build their own board. The wheels make a difference for beginners. These are large and not too hard. My first board had smaller wheels that are really hard and so more difficult to learn. Variety selection of graphics will satisfy most tastes. Nothing really bad except for their logo and name on the grip tape which looks really cheap and cheesy. I can live with it since I'm only starting out but just doesn't look cool. ... show more

This was frankly new and I ordered it just to start it hasent broke and so far has been great. I definitely recommend this product to beginners but if your more advanced I would try something with a little more quality. I had to ajust the wheels Bc it was uneven and the packaging I’m surprised it didn’t come broke the box was open and Bent and left with a sheer plastic over the skateboard. ... show more

I actually really like this, my daughter was waiting a little while before we got it, I believe there where difficulty’s but she thinks it was definitely worth the wait. When we got it, it’s kinda of uneven more weight on one side and less on the other- I think the wheels or that area just needs a some adjustments but the graffiti is amazing, the grip tape is awesome and it hasn’t broken, my daughter has been rough on it and her uncles tried it out and it handled very well and has great price and the tool come also. If you don't think your kid is serious about wanting to skateboard, then I would say get this board. It's a decent board for a kid wanting to get the idea on how to skateboard. However, the grip tape feels cheap, the board feels cheap, the trucks feel like when you tighten them, it does nothing. It's hard to maintain balance on this board, let alone for a beginner. Maybe it's throwing them in the deep end kind of thing, learn to balance quickly. Either way, it's a decent board for a kid wanting to get the idea on how to skateboard. Would not recommend for young adults who are serious about wanting to learn how to skateboard. They should hit up a CCS magazine and get their board from there. ... show more

Great beginner board. Stiff trucks and slow bearings keep it from shooting out from under them. If you are an experienced skater, spend a little more or you'll need to upgrade this a bit. Good image quality. Delivered promptly.

I just have to say....THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! At first, I was a little skeptical because the box was really small and I thought the skateboard was going to be tiny, but it is actually a standard sized skateboard. I have used similar boards in the past, and the wheels on them were not good at all. However, these wheels are very smooth and it is like I am gliding whenever I ride it. Also, It is really easy to turn, because the trucks on this board are easily adjustable. I am genuinely impressed with this product and I recommend everyone to get this. ... show more

My daughter always wanted to learn how to skateboard and this was perfect for her!. She received tools to adjust the wheels to her liking.
