11/12/23 edit review : complete and utter bull .. i have NEVER in my life had a set of sheets pill this badly. They are nothing as they are asdvertised. Ive spent the last 2 hours shaving pills off of this sheet set. There is absolutly NO excuse foŕ this. Not when the product is advertised as high "LUXURY". And this is after having them back on my bed for 2 freaking nights... this is complete and utter nonsense... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT. When I 1st opened these sheets I was pleasantly surprised by how soft they were. The color wasn't quite as vibrant as they seemed in the add but that wasn't really a big deal. The big deal came 2 days after I put them on our bed after only sleeping on them for 2 nights. The 3rd night I noticed that they had already began to pill. You know those little irritating things that seem so appear out of nowhere and they don't wash off they're just there. And every time you move they feel like there's something in your bed. I've bought cheep Walmart sheets that took longer to get fabric pills than these sheets did... there's no way I would recommend purchasing these sheets unless you had someone over who was going to spend only 1 night and wanted to impress them. Because they were great for the 1st night soft, silky, comfy. But there's no way I'd want to take the chance letting anyone sleep on them twice... save your money and buy some from somewhere else.

These are very nice sheets, but they look absolutely nothing like the picture. I bought them because they look shiny and soft. But they are just regular old sheets. They don't look shiny and soft like this picture. But for the price, I mean my God, they're only $16 and you get a top and a bottom sheet and 2 pillowcases a little disappointed. They are not shiny and soft like the picture.But i'm not going to complain because the price is good.

Received the sheets today…can’t wait to ise them ..will be nice in Florida to stay cool…one suggestion pack them better for shipping ..only in original plastic wrap and tore on side ..will see if they clean well.

Comparing these to the 100% bamboo sheets (which made me fall in love with bamboo sheets) there are several differences. They are much lighter, much thinner, and feel less silky. And after washing and fitting these several times, I see that they are becoming quite pilled. These were inexpensive and felt OK at first, but I now doubt that they'll give me a year's worth of wear. They seem as short-lived as knit sheets. I'm sorry I couldn't give you a better rating, Whitney Home. It is 100% bamboo for me from now on. The HSD sheets were twice the price of these a year ago and are now 4x the price, but I think they're worth it.

Very silky and nice at first. But the bottom sheet started pilling before the first wash, maybe a week or two of use. Inexpensive, but ultimately not worth the money, in my opinion.
