I ordered this desk because of the price, but also because it was just the look I was going for. Once put together it does look cute, but up close, you can really tell that the quality isn't great. I guess for the price I should have expected it wouldn't be amazing quality, but that being said, even for the price I am disappointed with the quality. It arrived damaged on one corner, which of course ended up being the side that needed to out. Aside from that, there is a paneling on the edge that looks a bit cheesy. It is also not the most comfortable edge to lean your arm against. After working on my computer all day, i have marks on my arms from the desk edges. I was on the fence about giving this desk a 2-star or 3-star rating, but I'll give it a 3 for the ease of assembly and because it looks cute. Ignore the paint job on the wall we need to fix! Lol Anyway- the desk is SO SO SO cute. It’s perfect. PLEASE be careful what screws you use when assembling it. I was so careful to read the directions, and I misread them (100% my fault) and when screwing in the longer screws from the metal to the actual table too, it went too far and made dents through the desk top :( (I tried to hammer them back into place but couldn’t- so sad about it). So don’t do what i did. Use the smaller screws for that part!!!!! Other than that, worth the price for sure! Seriously love it! ... show more

I was hesitant when I read the reviews regarding the chip that it comes with on the top but thankfully this desk was fully in tact. It was sooo easy to assemble and it fit perfectly with the space I was working with. I love love love this product!

Very pretty desk. Very sturdy. It arrived with a piece of the wood at the top lifting. Like water damage maybe. It also was missing a screw. The number of screws was correct but one screw should of been longer.

Seems like they don't care to fix the table damage issues because looking at previous reviews everyone's top is damaged in 1 corner. Mine came the same way. This was insanely easy to put together! Just make sure you read the step numbers because the instructions go from left top to left down and then right top to down, so just double check before screwing! I love the look and how simple looking it is. The gold is true to color as the picture. Now to find a matching chair! ... show more
