Who doesn't need whips on a gold cart? I'm not sure but this is the 3rd set we've put on and it's the best yet. The springs are not as stiff as the others giving them the ablility to move more freely. The light poles feel sturdy but still have a fair bit of flex to them; which is great. If you don't bend, you break in whip lights. The LED seem to be closer together giving a more continues "rope" look to them. The color range of the lights also seems to be greater on the preprogramed modes versus some others. These have more pastel/neon looking colors along with the RGB. There's just enough wire to mount on the golf cart so you may need more and we had to supply our own switch so this can be independently activated (no continuous drain on the battery). The one improvement I would suggest is providing a mounting bracket for the remote and making the remote more robust, it's definitely the weak link in the package. I had to get a set of these for my new ATV. I had them on my old one and kicked myself for selling them with it. This is a nice set that I found to be just as easy to install and control as any others I have. I use the remote because I don't like having a bunch of apps using storage on my phone, and I get plenty of color variety from the remote. They seem like pretty sturdy whip lights and I am more than happy with them. ... show more

I put them on my wife's 4-wheeler and she loves playing with the different colors! They are bring and have a ton of different lighting options. I might have to get a set for our Side-by-side also!
