  • Bright, versatile auxiliary lights that noticeably improve visibility
I’ve been using the Auxbeam MT1 Series motorcycle auxiliary lights for several weeks on highway commutes and weekend rides, and my experience has been positive. They are very bright, a great improvement over my stock lighting, and they offer useful flexibility with dual-color output and multiple modes. I mounted these 2-inch LED pods on my adventure motorcycle’s crash bars for added forward illumination in low-light conditions. The white beam delivers strong, wide coverage that makes road edges and obstacles much easier to see at night. The amber DRL and amber driving modes are excellent for dawn, dusk, or foggy conditions, improving both visibility and conspicuity. The seven lighting modes let me switch between steady white, steady amber, flashing amber, and combinations, which is handy for different riding scenarios. Build quality feels solid, the housing is compact, and the IP67 waterproof rating gives confidence in rain or dusty trails. Wiring and controls are straightforward, though the included harness could be a bit longer for some bike setups. One minor drawback is that the highest white mode is extremely bright and can cause glare if not carefully aimed, so proper adjustment is essential to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. The switchback function works well, but the button on the controller is small and can be stiff with gloves on. Overall, these lights are a strong value for riders who want high output, dual-color flexibility, and durable construction. I would recommend them for ADV, dual-sport, and off-road riders looking to upgrade their lighting. I received this item through the Amazon Vine program and this review reflects my honest opinion. ... show more

  • Bright, versatile auxiliary lights with plenty of lighting options
I added these to my motorcycle to improve visibility during night rides and bad weather, and they've been a great upgrade. The lights are compact enough that they don't look oversized on the bike, but they put out an impressive amount of light. I especially like having both amber and white lighting options depending on the conditions. The amber beam does a nice job improving visibility in rain and fog, while the white beam reaches much farther down the road for night riding. The combination mode provides a nice balance of both, and the additional strobe modes are a nice bonus if you ever need extra visibility on the side of the road. The included wiring harness and mounting hardware made installation straightforward, and the adjustable brackets made it easy to aim the lights exactly where I wanted them. The aluminum housings feel solid, and everything appears well sealed against the weather. Having multiple rubber spacers included also makes it easier to fit different crash bars or mounting locations without having to buy additional hardware. Pros: very bright output, amber and white beam options, multiple lighting modes, solid aluminum construction, complete installation kit, adjustable mounting brackets, compact size. Cons: with several lighting modes available, you'll probably spend a few minutes cycling through them to find your favorite combination. Overall: These are a quality set of auxiliary lights that provide excellent visibility while giving you plenty of flexibility for different riding conditions. If you're looking to add additional lighting to your motorcycle, ATV, or UTV, these are a great option. ... show more

  • Powerful dual-color auxiliary lights with versatile modes for motorcycles and off-road vehicles
Installed these auxiliary lights for added visibility, and the biggest highlight is the combination of strong output and dual-color functionality. The 6000-lumen rating provides a significant lighting upgrade over many factory auxiliary lights, helping improve visibility during night riding, off-road driving, and poor weather conditions. In actual use, the white and amber dual-color modes are very useful. The white light provides a brighter driving beam for general nighttime visibility, while the amber option helps reduce glare and improve contrast in fog, dust, rain, or challenging riding conditions. The 7 lighting modes add versatility, allowing different patterns depending on whether you are using them for daily riding, adventure trips, off-road use, or simply increasing your vehicle’s visibility to other drivers. The compact 2-inch design makes these lights easier to mount on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, trucks, and other vehicles without taking up much space. The IP67 waterproof rating provides added confidence for outdoor use where exposure to rain, mud, and dust is expected. One thing I noticed is that proper mounting angle is important. Even bright auxiliary lights need to be aimed correctly to provide maximum visibility without unnecessarily blinding oncoming traffic. Durable Overall, these are durable and versatile auxiliary lights with strong brightness, useful dual-color options, multiple modes, and weather-resistant construction, making them good value for money for adventure riders, off-road enthusiasts, and anyone needing extra lighting performance. ... show more

  • Solid lights
I just completed the install and these seem like solid lights overall. Install was straightforward and all the hardware feels high quality. The kit includes plenty of spacers in different sizes to fit various crash bar thicknesses, and the wiring length was perfect for my setup. Attaching the lights to the mounting brackets with the small screws was a bit fiddly, but the payoff is a smaller footprint, which I appreciate. I ended up mounting the buttons on the mirror bracket and it looks pretty stock aside from the blue backlight (why do so many aftermarket parts go for annoying blue lights?) The yellow low beams are great and have a nice cutoff line. The white high beams are crazy bright - even properly aimed, they’re definitely not oncoming-traffic friendly, so keep that in mind and use them accordingly. I had a friend sit in a car a few hundred feet away while I aimed them to confirm the low beams weren’t blinding. A white low beam mode would be a nice addition. My only real gripe is the horn wire. It’s designed to trigger a strobe effect, but only after holding the horn for a few seconds, which makes it pretty useless in practice. I’d rather have it fire instantly, or see that wire tied to the high beam switch for instant-on high beams instead. ... show more

  • Typical Auxbeam-Awesome!
I'll about right off the bat, I'm an Auxbeam fan. Not a spokesman or brand ambassador, I think they are called, but just someone that loves their products. These motorcycle lights are no different. Quality build great wiring kit and control switch. Several mount options are included, along with clear instructions with quality color pictures to go along with them. The lights themselves are full of features, for instance, the DRL feature comes on with the key. You can use the white driving lights or yellow fogs, and even combine them. These lights are also a great safety item--they help make you more visible to other drivers. That in itself makes these with the price, which I think is very reasonable for what you are getting. Other little things included are things for the install, such as zip ties, even a little roll of black electrical tape. It's these little things that Auxbeam does that shows they put the extra thought and effort their products. We haven't installed these yet, it's been above 100 degrees the last few days and high humidity, so we need to wait until it cools down a few degrees. We did tie them into power to test them, and they are impressive. Looking forward to getting then installed hopefully in the next week or two depending on weather and work schedules. I will take some pics installed and update this review. Based on what I'm seeing so far, I'd definitely recommend for your bike. ... show more

  • Great product from a brand I trust!
I’ve become a big fan of Auxbeam products over the years. Not only have their lighting products consistently performed well for me, but they also have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. A few years ago I had an issue with one of their headlights, and the way they handled it made me a loyal customer. I had no problems with this set of lights, but that positive experience is worth mentioning. These auxiliary lights are outstanding. They include everything needed for a clean, professional installation, and the build quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Auxbeam. The feature that sold me on this kit is the ability to mount the lights in virtually any orientation. That made them perfect for installing on my motorcycle’s crash bars without having to fabricate custom brackets or compromise on aiming. The light output is excellent, and having both white and amber lighting options makes them useful in a variety of riding conditions. Whether you’re looking for additional visibility on dark roads or simply want to make yourself more noticeable to other drivers, these lights do a great job. Overall, this is another excellent product from Auxbeam. They’re well-built, versatile, easy to install, and backed by a company that has earned my trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ... show more

  • Top line quality, deisgn and function here.
I've been really impressed with these Auxbeam MT1 lights. The build quality feels solid, and they were straight forward to install with the included hardware. They're surprisingly bright for their size, and having both white and amber light options makes a huge difference depending on the weather. The amber beam cuts through fog, rain, and dust much better than standard white lights. The light beam shape is perfect being flat on top and easy to adjust so they don't blind oncoming drivers eyes. The different lighting modes are a nice bonus without feeling gimmicky, and the start-up day-time-running-lights effect gives the bike a clean, modern look. After riding through rain and rough roads, they've held up without any issues, so the waterproof rating seems to be legitimate. The button control switch seems water proof and convenient, but as others say might be hard to press with certain styles of riding gloves on. If you're looking for compact auxiliary lights that improve visibility while also making your motorcycle more noticeable to other drivers, these are an excellent value. I'd definitely recommend them. ... show more

  • Complete High-End Auxiliary Light Kit
I got these for my adventure bike because this is a complete kit. It comes with everything needed, including the wiring harness, relay, fuse, handlebar switch, mounting brackets, hardware, and the LED light pods. No hunting around for extra parts. I'm mounting mine on the inside of my crash bars where they'll be better protected if the bike ever takes a nap. The included rubber spacers make it easy to fit different crash bar diameters, and the brackets allow plenty of adjustment to aim the beams exactly where you want them. The lights offer several useful modes, including amber for fog or dusty conditions, bright white for night riding, a combination mode, plus attention-grabbing strobe functions. I also like that the amber DRLs can be wired to come on automatically with the ignition for better daytime visibility. The quality is definitely on the high end. The housings feel solid, the wiring harness is heavy-duty, and all of the components look well made. You pay a little more than some basic light kits, but you get a complete, well-engineered system that's ready to install. Well worth it in my opinion. ... show more
