I don’t like a blanket that’s too light or thin, I prefer a bit of weight & this is the perfect weight. My son was cold before getting into bed & warmed up almost immediately. Let me start by saying it was well worth what I paid for it however it as not fluffy and airy as the picture in the description depicts. This is not a 4 season duvet. Winter only. It is very heavy, the cover fabric is crispy and too stiff to be soft and it does not breath and It's noisy but it is very heavy and warm. It comes with corner ties which were thready to tie to a cover because it was vacuum packed it took a few days to reach its full potential. It came flat but I gave it the wave shake from all sides and corners and the put it in a cool dryer for 30 minutes or so which fluffed it in the middle quite a bit leaving the edges still sort of flat. I've had it on my bed inside a light cotton cover for 4 days now and I give it the wave shake every days which plumped up the edges. Break down. It was worth what I paid for it and I'm not sorry about that at all. So... It is not light and fluffy, it doesn't breath and it's very heavy and is great for the winter. ... show more

It is so comfy! It smells really bad tho, you should wash it before you use it. I put warm temp water and used a normal tide pod and just used dryer to dry (beddings setting)

I really enjoy the size and the weight of this duvet insert. The insert makes my bed look so cozy, there is just one problem I have is the feathers. There are feathers leaking from my insert and I’ve have this for about four months. They are tiny but they can poke and make it uncomfortable to sleep.
