Device world perfectly! Followed directions as indicated and connected to our network flawlessly. App has 2 ways to record. Either full time with 10 min videos or upon detection. You can even modify your detection area and sensitivity. It would be nice if there was a time frame you could turn it off and on by. Basically only record during this time. Regardless, this item does exactly what we ordered it for. Best part is there is no contract to see your videos. You only need a wireless connection where the camera is located to view it from anywhere with your smartphone. Word of advice, turn off notifications if you set it to detection mode. It still records video and you will not get a notification every few seconds while activity is taking place. 1st of all let me just say that I beat the s*** of this camera. While I'm Definitely not recommending that you do what I did, I will say at this camera took every punch and never stopped working. But that's not even the best part of this buying experience. Unrivaled and unmatched customer service. When I had a technical issue (of my own doing) I simply texted a message to the help number and right away the guy who actually builds the cameras is on the other end!! After texting back and forth with him you could tell this guy was looking to find a way to help you. At one point I was talking to him about another camera that he didn't even manufacture and he still took the time to try to help me. If we keep paying companies to sell us crap with no customer service than that's all we're going get. Support a good business and a good guy. His cameras are far superior, His prices are extremely fair and competitive, And there's no better customer service than talking to the guy who actually made the product. ... show more

Overall the product is good. I thought it's a bit pricey though. I've used other products that were less costly and they do the same thing. Night vision is terrible, motion detection is excellent and picture quality is decent. One issue I noticed is, every now and again, the time stamp shifts four hours without warning. Many WiFi platforms now require MAC addresses of all devices to to get on the internet. Have two other cameras that the MAC addresses came with units and were easy to register. This vendor states it’s imbedded but can be gotten through a direct WiFi connection. Was unsuccessful with this. Upon turning unit on, the cast is purple due to the fluorescent lighting. They offered to exchange the lens out which, unfortunately, I feel there are better units available at a cheaper cost. Returned ... show more

This is my second camera. I really loved the first one. It took me less than 5 minutes to setup. Video quality is awesome even with low light conditions. The only gotcha is that Wifi password does not allow special characters and it cannot be configured for 5G Wifi. Other than that is a camera that I recommend. Technical support is great. CONS are many. The setup is quite weird to someone used to straightforward Ring apps. When the camera is activated I cannot access the image from my desktop PC (some of us work at a home desktop PC or laptop, and we’d like to access security cameras like this). This unit won’t alert me when it’s activated so I know I have a visitor in my garage. This is pricier than expected, and I had hoped the price was worth it, and it seems it’s not given the limitations. PROS. Doesn’t look like a spy camera to most people, which may change if more people buy these, which is doubtful given the shortcomings and limitations. Does allow for more electrical outlets, which I hope can take high-amperage draws, e.g., power tools. Does offer USB power, which I don’t need in my garage, but you never know so maybe I should buy some 25’ USB extension cables. Let’s hope the manufacturer reads Azamon reviews. ... show more

This camera does exactly what it says it does. Forward facing, with motion alerts and records alerts (motion triggers). Very easy to use. The instructions are clear. Also, SCS has the BEST customer service. You can literally text them and they are on the line for any questions that need to be answered.
