Darling star, cute smile, soft furry fabric. Baby loves it. However, the lights or wiring has issues. We have bought this 3 times. The first one's lights worked for about 5 or 6 months, flashing and changing colors for abt ten minutes. It was great for a bed time distraction. But then stopped working for no obvious reason. Baby was less than a year old, so it was not from rough play. It was just a part of her crib sleeping time. We couldnt return it at that point, so I purchased another one. Lights would go off after 10 seconds. I just got another replacement. The lights go on and off for 30 seconds, then they turn off completely, and it must be turned back on by pressing the 'on' button. They should stay on longer! So sad, because baby loves the pillow and its lights!!

My kids love this star, the best investment to help the kids fall asleep, or for their middle of the night wake ups. They feel safe and comfortable in the dark room with this star. We've been buying backups over the last 4 years, each two years the next version is better. Brighter lights, battery lasts longer, more velcro to keep the battery pack inside. This years edition seems perfect with no flaws.

My 4 year old got this for her birthday in July and loves it, sleeps with it every night and takes it with her on trips. It lasted 6 months on the same batteries with nightly use, but just stopped working suddenly today. Looks like a wire came loose and unable to reattach it so the light part is done, but she still wanted to sleep with it. Buying another one and hoping the wire issue is just a fluke! Nice and soft, cute and cuddly.

I've had this pillow for three months now and have had no issues with it! It's soft, plush, and full of stuffing. My kids can use it as a pillow and it's also a great light source for one of my children who is afraid of the dark. I bought one of the cheaper other brands of glow star pillows and wish I hadn't wasted time with it as it was flat, barely had any stuffing, and stopped working aftet two nights. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars on this brand or you'll be wasting your own time having to return the cheaper one after it breaks and you'll end up with a disappointed kid too. I'm saying this from personal experience, one kid got the cheap one and the other two got these ones, when the cheap one broke after two days the one who had it started trying to steal the working ones from his siblings every night!

The first one I bought, the blue one, would stay on for the entire nap time till we turned it off and I loved that feature. But the blue star only lasted 3 months before there was a random wiring issue that was unfixable and I had to order another replacement star. This time I went with the rainbow star. It shuts off every 10-15 minutes. There are no options to have an automatic shut off vs leaving it on till I turn it off. The little girl I watch doesn't understand why they don't work the same and always hands me her broken blue star that she obviously preferred. I'm honestly hesitant to buy her another blue one because I don't know how it will work, shut off on its own or stay on.
