So glad I bought this cable. My iMac does not have parallel port so I was not able to use my old HP laserjet printer. This cable made it possible to connect my printer to my computer.

When the last system in the house with PCI slots died, I though that my old parallel port HP Laser Jet 1100 would be a goner also.
