This is a great piñata. Used by adults so it’s been tested under harsh conditions! The mallet held up with no problems!! The candy is filled through an opening on the side. It does come with an eye mask. It is a well-made pirate.

The piñata looked good, just as the picture on the listing. But it is just a cardboard box with paper on it. It’s not easily broken. It can hold a lot of candy but it took multiple 5 year old children a long time to break it and not with the provided stick. We had to eventually put it on the ground and let them stomp it open. Very cute, perfect size, but unless you're Babe Ruth, you ain't busting this thing open once you tape the holes. I recommend you leave some holes untaped, depending on the age of your attendees. It took a full grown woman beating the hell out of it with a baseball bat to finally bust it and then, it was only because the plastic piece we tied the rope to broke and it fell to the ground. I beat that thing a couple more times while on the ground (with the bat) and THAT'S when it came open. The dramatic candy flying? Yeah, that didn't happen. ... show more
