I ordered these extensions as I am a level 10 blonde and wanted to try out the calico hair trend without coloring my actual hair. I have had extensions in the past as well as being a licensed cosmetologist. I ordered the jet black and the dark burn colors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the extensions as they are on the more affordable side. Sectioning is key when installing tape in extension and also making sure you are installing on clean and 100% dry hair. I installed some by doubling up the extension (one on top and one on bottom) I also did a few with just 1 and putting single sided tap on the bottom. These lasted for 4 weeks before I took them out and reinstalled due to the natural growth of my hair. Anyone looking for a more affordable option to extensions or just wanting to add some fun colors, I highly recommend these. Tips to get the most out of your extensions: install on clean, 100% dry hair. Do not wash your hair everyday. Only use conditioner at the ends of your hair. Always dry your hair(starting at your scalp and moving to your ends) do not leave it wet or let it air dry. Make sure when you go to bed that you either loose braid your hair, put it in a low loose ponytail, or wear a silk cap as will keep it from getting tangled as you sleep. I have found that I could use heat up to 300 degrees but I wouldn’t recommend going higher than that. Extensions are a commitment and do require more care than what you may normally do to your actual hair. Coming in with the expectations that you can treat extensions the same way you do your normal hair you will be very disappointed with your results and your extensions won’t last as long. I actually really love these, so far. They were super easy to install. I had a friend help me after we watch a YouTube video. Dyeing them to match my hair was also super easy & they took well to the color. I only need to used half the package for my hair since I have a mullet type haircut, but they blend well with my hair. I didn’t really need to cut them to blend them in. I only needed to trim the ends. I have been wearing them for over a week now. I have only washed them once while wearing them, but they still feel nice. I haven’t experienced very much matting/tangling in the back near my neck or anything with them either. That’s happened with other extensions I’ve tried. Might update at the end of the 6-8 week period if wearing them.

Review update 9/3/25 I loved these for about the first week before they took a steep decline. They began to mat tangle and break by week 3. Having bought from Wennalife before and not encountering this problem I reached out to see if replacements would be covered under their "lifetime" warranty. They repeatedly told me that they do not replace extensions because of human damage. I tried to explain that I've had extensions/extreme colored hair most of my life and know how to care for them and it is, in fact, a QUALITY ISSUE with their product. Sincerely disappointed with this brand and how they've handled a repeat customer. Guess it's time to shop with someone else. Old review: I couldn't find this answer anywhere so hopefully it helps someone. I use to bleach and dye my hair pink religiously but wanted to give my hair a chance to recover. Originally I wanted a super soft pastel pink but the Peach Pink was sold out. Remembering how quickly my pink dye use to always wash out I took a chance on the Light Pink. It looked almost neon straight out of the package so I was hesitant to put it in. Trust the process! After just one wash it lightened to the color I wanted. Which, if you want super vibrant pink hair might be disappointing, but for me the color is perfect! Color aside, they were easy to install, it took my friend about 40 minutes. We even removed a few and relayered them (I didn't like the orginal pattern we chose) and they removed easily. Retaping and reapplying them was a breeze. Only down side is, I wish the colored hair came in bigger packs. Ordering individual 10 piece packs and having them arrive at different times was a little annoying. Over all I'd give these 10/10. Super easy way to add a pop of color with out damaging your hair. I have hair on the thinner side. We ended up using about 16 pieces of the pink and 16 of the black.

These are a great quick way to add fullness & length. In all honesty, I actually used them to fill in missing/thin areas on my wig. Wigs only last so long and after a while the wefts of hair get thinner or stripped of hair from washing, combing & styling. So adding these afforded me the ability to continue using my wig helping to postpone buying another one so soon. Good quality, very soft/silky.

I really love these extensions overall. The quality is great—my cousin was able to color match them perfectly, and they hold curls so well. They look natural and style beautifully. However, after washing them twice, a few of the extensions started to fall out, which was really frustrating. If these were double-sided extensions, I think they would be absolutely perfect and much more secure. Still, they look amazing when in place, so I’m giving them 4 stars. If the attachment design were improved, these would be a 10/10 product.
