Before I say anything else, let me say this: I have bought clip-in hair extensions from WENNA before a few times when I was looking for an alternative to GOO GOO hair extensions after a product I had ordered from them arrived badly damaged, and in the past I have generally been pleased with Wenna's hair extensions; they normally arrive in a sealed box, carefully wrapped & tied in a hair net, soft & manageable. In the past, with routine care I've had my extensions generally remain in good condition for at least 6-8 months with regular use. So I'm sure you can imagine my anger, upset, wtf 'd dismay when I opened this -sealed- box to find a bone dry, unkempt pile of extensions with breaks & gaps from where the hair HAD ALREADY BROKEN OFF- without even running my fingers thru the extensions a whole handful of broken hair just...CAME OFF. I've included pictures taken at the base of the clip where you can clearly see the sheer amount of broken hair just MISSING. If that wasn't enough, the hair was also vome dry, and I mean DRY, like drop-a-match-and-catch-fire-DRY; the ends were frizzed, uneven & badly splitting and, with so many breaks in the extensions already, rather than even extensions these looked more like individual clumps of hair being held along a band per clip, with no hair in-between. I really just wanna cry. I'm genuinely at a loss for words. I purchased these to replace a shorter set of extensions from GOO GOO that are starting to get worn, but even 8 months along my GOO GOO extensions look in WAY better condition than the brand-new Wenna extensions I just bought, and that genuinely makes me angry. I remember when Wenna & GooGoo used to include little gifts in their boxes, like a set of hair clips & a pair of false eyelash extensions; those are gone now, at least from Wenna, and apparently now the quality of their only product is gone now, too. Despite ALL OF THIS, I didn't have time to return & replace them; I needed them to attend a funeral for a friend, so at the end of the day I just tried to make the best of it & wear them anyway. Not only did they look absolutely awful, they made my scalp itch like effing crazy after about 20 mins from how obscenely DRY they were. I spent the whole damn funeral trying not to dig at my scalp; finally, I was so miserable I ended up taking them off in the car on the way home. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WENNA EVER AGAIN. ... show more

as a gal with fine hair i have tried i tips with beads and tapes and they both poke out of my hair and show off the tracks:( i can have these at the top of my head and still they do great at not poking out! i did have to dye them darker because dark brown was a little light but i didn’t mind that i would rather make my color match and make sure it is a match than be slightly off. i do have grievance with the ends. they look stringy all the time!! freshly brushed and they look stringy!! i did 22 in so i’ve got space to trim but that is a bummer. they also are so dry goodness, currently working out what products will ease its dryness. mine do have texture which isn’t an issue but i find they struggle to hold a different texture like a blowout curl or waves from braiding. i’ll keep working on it though i think when i solve the dryness that will be helped. overall the seamless are wonderful for us fine hair gals!! be prepared that they may be a bit stringy at the ends and a little dry but im overall pleased for the price! i have minimal shed when brushing or washing as well and i would say they feel as comfortable as clip in’s can be! ... show more

I've ordered five or six sets of the Wennalife clip in extensions over the last five years, and I'm always SO happy with my purchase. They're affordable, good quality, and last a long time (even with daily wear!). You have the option to color and style them as you would your own hair - they hold curls well, add so much volume, and are ridiculously easy to install / style. I ordered a 9pc set of the 20" clip ins recently, and discovered that they weren't due to be delivered until after a special event that I wanted to wear them to; I reached out to customer service on the off chance they'd be able to help expedite shipping, and they didnt hesitate to come through! Vikki was kind, understanding, and so, so helpful. The extensions arrived three days earlier than expected.
