It looks like its screwed to the wall! Never had any issues putting it on or it falling off. These vacuum suctions are game changing. Really did not expect to be happy with this........suction cup attachments rarely work. That said, I'm been using this item for 2 months and am so pleased with it. Even my grandkids constant pulling on it did cause it to fail. Our tiny ADA bathroom had no place for a toilet paper holder so I bought a free standing one but everyone knocked it over and complained so I gave this a try. It looks great in our tiny bathroom and I did not have to drill holes in my sink surround. Love it! I've added a photo...sorry it's sideways. I don't know how to turn it! :/ ... show more

I really had very little expectations on this product. I anticipated having it constantly fall off and needing to tighten it. Surprisingly, I=it's been 3 months and the holder is still in place on my wall. We use it with regular and Costco sized rolls and no issues there. Great buy!
