This stuff has saved my eyes. I have RCE and my eyelids stick to my eyes causing corneal abrasions. It’s been extremely difficult to find a solution to this problem. This ointment is the only thing that keeps my eyes lubricated through the night. I do have to reapply sometimes through the night but I’ve not had a corneal abrasion since using it. I do wish it lasted longer as the tubes are pricey and I go through one tube every two weeks. Other than that I’m beyond grateful for this product.

Works as well as the expensive name brand for nightly moisturization and treatment of my dry eyes. Sodium drops during the day to clear the cornea edema make eyes feel very dry and this ointment also contains sodium for edema and works over night to soothe very dry eyes. The only problem is how long it took for delivery. I did receive notifications of the delay and they even asked if I still wanted to wait for the product. Hopefully this is a one off thing because this product is so good that I would like to order again and hopefully it won't take so long for delivery next time.

Great substitute for Muro 128. At a substantially reduced price. If I'm to trust the ingredient list, this uses the same materials and the same method of production as Muro 128. I use Muro 128 since mid-pandemic when my eyes started losing all their moisture. Waking up in the morning was difficult because of the pain on opening my eyes. To add insult to injury, I am very sensitive to most eye drops and I need unpreserved ones. This ointment takes care of all those needs and I really can't tell anything different between it and the product I used to use. Except the price

So I've been buying the B&L version of the Muro for years now. That said, the product has gotten harder and hard to procure and there have also been incidents where people have reported counterfit versions of the product getting shipped. That said, I researched this Welmate version a bit (including looking up the FDA fact sheet) and it looked "good". I bought just one tube and have used it for several weeks. I scratched my eyes year ago and as a result I've had problems where my eyelids "stick" at night to my eyes and it's very painful. The Muro works all night long and the Welmate product did just as well as the OG version I used to buy. Price is very competitive, does the job. Will be buying more...

Worked great for post lasik corneal edema. Only used at bedtime and within 1-2 weeks ghost imaging and haziness was gone! Helped significantly with severely dry scratchy eyes during sleep, didn’t have to wake up multiple times for eye drops while using this.
