It Works! We all read reviews looking for info to help us make an informed decision, let me help you out. I was a Quality Manager for 2 of the largest food processing companies in the US and all of the food touches stainless steel as it is processed. To keep that stainless clean and sanitary it had to be cleaned and sterilized each time we used it. This was accomplished by using very strong caustic cleaners then tested for cleanliness. While I can’t do this type of cleaning in my own home I hope this gives you an idea that I do know a bit about keeping stainless clean. At my home I’ve had SS appliances for about 15 years and in the beginning keeping them clean was a nightmare. I used the foam spray but it was ok but hard to get completely rubbed off and left spots. I like the wipes because I get a consistent amount of cleaner on all areas. I have not had any issues with streaking or spots left by other cleaners. My trick for a perfect shine is wipe on a section like top section of French Door fridge then use a dry soft cloth like a micro fiber to polish. The second step is the most important because this is pulling up all the dirt and grime that the wipes have pulled away from the SS finish. Another key point is wipe with the grain every time. Then step back and marvel at the shine, you’ll feel like they are new again. You will also feel good about the cost compared to other SS cleaners. While you can’t consistently get the same amount of application from foam you can’t control the cost per use. Each wipe comes out with consistent amount of cleaner/polish and one wipe can be used to clean more then I get out of an average spray of the other. Controlling cost if important for all of use and bottom line I find the wipes more cost effective. So remember when you choose a SS cleaner polish think Weiman Steankess Steel Cleaner. It’s easy to use, gives a clean bright finish and is easy In your wallet.

I bought this because I was looking for an easier/faster/low effort way of cleaning the handprints, jam, spills, and unidentifiable scum that shows up on the outside of my brushed stainless steel refrigerator. We’ve got a winner. Very low effort, no rinsing, really nice outcome. Previous products that don’t work: Clorox micro scrub wipes and Lysol scrubbing wipes. Don’t even bother they leave streaks and residue behind. Previous products that work but are too much effort: Mr Clean magic erasers, which are just white cleanser in a cheap sponge. Very handy if you’re cleaning crayons off the walls because they don’t leave behind the stains that the regular cleansers include, also Ajax or the green cleanser. However with the cleanser options you’re going to have to rinse and dry afterwards. Too much work for me. Pro tips: 1) you’re going to have to remove all of your photos, kids art, and alphabet letters off of the frig the first time you use it. It’s got some kind of shine agent in it that will clearly show where you wiped and where you didn’t. After the first time I haven’t needed to do this again. 2) Don’t freak when you wipe and it leaves behind a white chalky residue. You don’t have to buff it off it just evaporates. 3) The first time you use it you probably won’t be able to do an entire frig with a single wipe. After that you can probably get by with just one even if you have kids and you only do it once a week. Great product for fast, easy, cleaning for people like me who hate cleaning.

When I was designing my kitchen, of course I wanted all stainless steel appliances. If I could go back, I would’ve chose differently because I am a neat freak. Every time someone opens the refrigerator, the dishwasher, the stove, etc. fingerprints are left behind. And if they dare put their hand directly on the refrigerator, the handprint will stay and no longer look shiny. I have tried so many products and believe me, these wipes are the best out of everything that I have bought, or even handmade. I went as far as buying white vinegar, a spray bottle, and used the extra-virgin olive oil in my pantry because I read that’s how you prevent and clean your stainless steel appliances. I mixed half vinegar and half water to wipe down the refrigerator to remove any gunk and then you’re supposed to go over the appliance with olive oil. This does not last so don’t bother trying it because it is suggested in so many sites that this concoction will work perfectly. No. It does not. The refrigerator picture shows the right side done with the Weinman cloths and the left side not done. The difference is amazing. I also showed the range over my built-in stove top and my ovens and warmer. The price is fabulous, and each wipe goes along way. From a neat freak with many hands touching the appliances, these wipes are a must buy!

Compared to the old type of stainless cleaner that would make surfaces greasy and lint-attractive, these wipes are much better. It requires a bit of work to avoid streaking white, but once it's right, appliances look great. Just make sure to wipe in the direction of the brushstroke when using on brushed stainless. The smell is not necessarily a deal-breaker, but I only use these for deep cleanings every 6 months or so to avoid the headache. If the smell was mild and the product less potentially toxic (which is hard to know for sure, but a strong smell suggests it is covering something up), I would likely use them much more frequently.
