These are made extremely well. Good Coloring and sturdy material for the candy canes as well as good size for their purpose. The different modes are really fun! NO regrets with this purchase. I will say, however, make sure you take your time and be patient unravelling them from the original packaging- do this inside. I cannot stress enough that you do NOT want to do this outside . They are packaged well to keep the cords from tangling but there is a system to getting them strung out. Fully recommend.

So my review is for their prompt customer service despite the product not meeting my expectations. We bought these candy canes for last Christmas to decorate an area of our yard. They were bright and lovely. However, when we began to get our decorations out this year, they were completely dead…didn’t even flicker. I was so disappointed. I sent an email to the company, included a picture and received a prompt, friendly response granting me a refund giving me the ability to reorder if desired. I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and actually respond.
