I thought this would be the size to go on top of a wedding cake, but it is too large to do that. It is lovely and I will simply have it on display, perhaps on the cake table. It is much larger than I thought and I am very pleased even if I can’t use it the way I had thought I would. It is very pretty and I love it.

The media could not be loaded. My mom and my aunt were my witnesses at my wedding, so I bought them each one as a small thank you gift. Perfect perfect perfect. My moms having fun moving it all around the house, so I think we did good. 10/10 UPDATED 1/13/21: Just for your information: This item is not Willow Tree Brand, and it does not swing on it's own. Still cute, and affordable, but I can see if you were collector like I am with Mary's Angels how that might be somewhat disappointing. You can Read and Ask before you buy to save yourself the trouble! I DO NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE.

This is going to make such a great gift for my daughter and her new husband! I just cannot believe the craftsmanship!! I mean this is so beautiful and so big too.... That picture frame is a 5x7 that I've got it next to. I was not expecting it to be as big as it is, which impressed me even more. Normally I'm good about reading the description but I've seen quite a few products like this one so I just assumed it was probably about the same size but this thing is well worth the price!!!

I purchased this as an anniversary gift for a very special couple. The set is fine “as is,” but I decided to apply a diluted wash of burnt umber acrylic paint for a more depth and texture. I also replaced the gold cord with thin jute. The result reminds me of the much more expensive Willow Tree figurines. Very pleased.
