Once they received the unused gown, they politely issued me a full refund including the shipping charges. The entire process was quick and easy. Regarding the fit of the gown, I am a size 4 petite. The gown I ordered is a 4, but it is not cut for a petite frame, so it was too big across the shoulders and hips. It might for better on someone with a curvy figure (which I do not have). Absolutely beautiful. No one believed I ordered it off Amazon for as cheap as I did. It looks and feels more expensive than it is. I am 5’3 so did have to have quiet a bit took off around the bottom on the front. I got a 16 and can usually wear either a 14 or 16 and just had it took in about a half inch under the arms to make it fit perfect. If you’re considering getting the dress get it.
