I have a large kitchen, hall and dining room that needs to have the floors cleaned. I used to use a cleaner like Pine Sol but I had to dry the dining room wood laminate to eliminate spots. The kitchen and hall took about 45 minutes waiting for the first mopping to dry and then moving the kitchen table and chairs to finish the job. This Rejuvenate product has cut my kitchen and hall time to about 15 minutes and the gloss makes things look like new. The wood in the dining room I used the cleaner and then restorer coat to make the floor look shiny but it is not slippery. The Rejuvenate cleaners especially the grout cleaner is excellent. The grout brush is the main reason I purchased this product. As a floor mop there are several others out there which are much better made but grout cleaning brushes on a pole, thus do not require you to get down on your hands and knees, are rare! This one does the job along with the great grout cleaner Rejuvenate makes. Cleans better than anything else I have ever used including several professional (acidic, strong odor) products. It actually brings back the original color of your grout in less than a hours work in a normal size kitchen. Amazing!! I only give 4 stars due to the cost and inability to just purchase the grout brush without the rest bundle. I found the rest of the bundle to much less useful compared to other brands I already have which work better for cleaning hard wood floors. ... show more

Love this mop!! I clean for a living and needed a new swifter type mop and bought this based on reviews and research. I wanted a mop that didnt run on batteries and had refillable bottles. This has both!! I had never heard of this mop but for the price decided to try. It works amazingly well. I have clients that are very particular about their wood floors and I have other clients that have laminate floors. This works great on both!! I have also used this on tile. It cleans everything and does not streak! Also has a fast dry time which is a plus. My mop did clog a little after using for a few months, but I mixed hot water and vinegar and hand poured it into cavity and it unclogged without a problem. This may be operator error, but I cannot make the cleaner bottle sent with it connect without it leaking all over the place. The attachments (with long straw) you use to connect the bottle seem not to connect and attach well with the bottle itself. What am I doing wrong? I’m afraid it will just continue to pour the liquid once it’s attached. ... show more

I love this product!!!! I'm a bit of a "clean freak" & several years ago became disabled in a car accident. I have linoleum in my kitchen & I keep breaking mops (& end up having to get on the floor with a scrub brush to get the black off, from the dirt which blows & walks in 😝) & this item works SO well, I'm so, so thankful & wanted to let others know how well it works. πŸ‘ (I live alone so I need help by finding the 'right' tools to get what once was a 'common job' done - but now [with the disability] "easy" jobs can be near impossible to accomplish sometimes...) I have had two or three different brands of "Spray Mops" switched to "Flat mop" technology in a commercial operation 20 years ago. So the decision to switch to "flat mop" in case you have not , should be a no brainer. And this one is reasonably priced and well constructed .. And you are not "locked" in to their brand of cleaner when the bottle is empty you refill it with whatever you like ....     • Quality Issues and No Shine

The first box I received was defective. The parts could not be assembled properly. Called the company to find out if I had done something wrong but was told to contact them through Amazon. But Amazon claims it is sold through them and no one can help with support, so it requires replacement. Very odd contradiction in information. So it was replaced, and this time the parts did fit together, but the nozzle for the spray was faulty, and I had to exchange the spray on the original mop, which finally worked to make the mop usable. So not a good start. Second, my floor is vinyl, so I had to buy the vinyl cleaner separately and was hoping for the shine that everyone talks about and that the company touts. Nope, no shine. Mop 'n Glo is so much better, but that company does animal testing so I have given up using its products. Very disappointed in this aspect. You have to buy another Rejuvenate product if you want to add a shine after you clean. So you have to mop twice. Third, I find the weight of the bottle makes mopping rather unwieldy, and I don't have as much control of the mop as I would like. Fourth, it doesn't seem to get up things that are kind of stuck to the floor because the the part you flip to do this kind of thing is too soft and doesn't scrape. So it is an imperfect cleaner, and with no shine either, I cannot say I am very pleased with it. Fifth, it's cheaply made, and the nozzle doesn't always spray out far and evenly. Months ago I contacted the chat (phone people know nothing), and she couldn't determine how to fix it, so she said they would send me a new one. It was still in warranty then. Well, needless to say, it never arrived. So I am stuck with a piece of junk that doesn't even work, and it's too late to of course to return to Amazon.
