  • Fine but too long for my Weber Genesis 300 series
Seem to be fine, not the thickest steel, at least not as much as some manufactured by other companies, but otherwise should be OK. The issue is these did not fit my Weber Genesis 300 series grill. Some of the older (3 plus years) grills use 17.6" wide bars, not the 24.5 ones that now run from side to side across the current grills, not front to back as the older ones. So.....measure the bars on your current grill and don't make the same mistake I did. Yeah, Amazon does carry a few of the 17.6" bars so I was in luck with the re-order. ... show more

  • After 5 years
Bought these 5 years ago, they have rusted and/or corroded so I am replacing with a different brand. I use the grille 1-2 times a week, and it is usually covered. Not sure how long these should last, but I thought stainless steel would last longer.

  • Fits the grill, and faster than hunting for them at hardware stores and the big-box lumber yards
If you need these, you'll know it... Actually got them last year and hadn't reviewed them since there was no impression of them yet. So, after a year, they work and seem to last at least as well as the original. They are pricey, but they are the brand name version and fit the grill. In researching the replacements I had no idea that there were so many variations in size... I even thought about making 'flavorizer' bars myself, (angle iron, hacksaw) but preferred just being able to use the grill. ... show more

  • Fits 2007 Weber Genesis perfectly!
Fits my Weber Genesis S320 (2007) perfectly! My grill is looking brand new and working as good as it did when I bought it 10 years ago. The best part about owning a weber grill is that it is so easy to replace any parts as they wear out. Living near the ocean and grilling all the time, my grill takes a beating from the work out and salt air. But with replacement parts like these, the grill still cooks great and continues to pump out wonderful dinners. ... show more

  • Fairly pricy but they were a perfect fit. This is my second set
Fairly pricy but they were a perfect fit. This is my second set. They seem to last only 5 to 6 years but we do grill a lot. My grille is in a covered area so I guess they eventually just burn out from use. Just wish they lasted a little longer.

  • Well worth the upgrade
One big reason, among many, that I love Weber grills is the fact that they offer replacement and upgrade parts for pretty much everything they sell, and for many years beyond purchase. After six summers of regular use, the original cast iron cooking grates and enameled steel flavorizer bars in my Genesis grill had rusted out, which is not unexpected. The remainder of the grill is still in excellent condition, so I purchased new stainless steel cooking grates and stainless flavorizer bars. For a couple hundred bucks, I essentially got a brand new grill, and will never need to replace these parts again. Thanks Weber! ... show more

  • Should have been the standard when new.
The original ones fell apart after a few years. I would think such an expensive grill would have as many stainless parts as possible, but such is life. I would think these will hold up for at least 7-8 years, but I can't say for sure. They are certainly a step in the right direction. I had way too many cheap grills with cheap parts that kept rusting away. I hope they make this standard on the new Weber grills. These fit in perfectly, took about 5 minutes to chuck the old ones and put these in. I have a Genesis. ... show more

  • Worth the money for the quality.
These are a great quality replacement part, not the flimsy imitation flavorer bars floating out there. Pricey, yes, but they will surely last many years and are original equipment quality. I saw many less expensive bars for sale, but you get what you pay for. Your grill most likely come with this quality flavorer bar, so it makes sense to replace it with an equal quality part. ... show more
