Tailgaters, campers and all grillers on-the-go will appreciate the Jumbo Joe Gold – an extra large, but still very portable, charcoal grill.Weber Premium Grill Cover (18" charcoal)In 2015 Weber has an ingenious solution for the design and material of its gas grill covers. Made of 100 percent polyester, the new generation covers are as rugged as vinyl, but more breathable and pliable even in extreme cold conditions. The softness of the fabric also allows for easiest cover placement and removal. Answering the questions of how and where to store the cover, Weber has sewn into the seam a drawstring storage bag that fastens with a hang loop and Velcro. The bag, loop and Velcro are all neatly out of sight when the grill is covered. Providing year-round protection from the environment, these fabric covers carry a generous 3-year limited warranty.

Assembly was challenging. After installing legs, had to rearrange for wheels to locate wheels appropriate. Direction of internal clips had to be appropriate for spring locking pins to function. I got this as a gift so it does not show as a verified purchase but I do own this grill. I have never owned a Weber charcoal or gas grill for that matter. When it showed up I opened the box right away to inspect the contents every thing was fine. I was impressed at the gauge of the metal for the grill and the grates to put the charcoal on and food. The finish looks good, I was a little skeptical of the legs as the tubing seems really thin walled but after assembly which only took 15 mins. I might suggest you have a block of wood to protect the leg and a hammer to help seat the legs in with but be sure the locking pin is aligned with the hole these legs are very snug going in and not easy to twist if you need to line up the pin with the locking hole in the grill base once there seated. I was no longer concerned with the legs once seated and seems sturdy enough. The only thing I could be picky about is I wish the legs were longer. I'm over 6Ft tall and I will have to bend down to use the grill but I'm going to try putting the legs on some blocks to raise the height up to a more comfortable level or get a chair to sit on while I grill. The size seems large enough for us 3 people it may be a little close depending on what were grilling. The grill also comes with an outdoor cover that seems to be of good quality also I'm really impressed with this Weber grill when every thing today seems to be so cheaply made. This is my first charcoal grill I've always used a gas grill but got tired of replacing the gas manifold every few years after they rust and burn out.So I've been without a grill for a few years now. I'm going to give the grill a trial run this weekend with no food to see how much charcoal to use and to burn off any type of oil or coatings that may be on the metal to resist rusting during shipping. Once that's done will grill some food really excited to experience charcoal grilling flavor. ... show more
