Most days it fits my 16.3 slender ottb but not always. The most annoying thing is there isn't a ring on the girth so to use a "lunging system" I have to tie a hay string around it and frequently forget until I'm in the ring already. Looking for a replacement.

we have a regular quarter horse, hoping this would fit. NO, about a foot too small. They would also sell you additional straps that would extend the size, but at an extra cost, it should have been longer from the start. We sent it back.

This is well made, with plenty of large rings, for adjusting long lines. The long line clasps fit through the rings easily. It does run small, in my opinion. I have a 14 hand quarter horse type pony. She is well built, but not a large horse. I could barely get it on her with the last holes. I almost sent it back, but my little mare is full grown, and I don't plan to put any more weight on her. Works great, didn't slip around on the horses and it's easy to clean. I do not think it runs small but for a 16h+ or a full bodied horse you will most likely need a girth extender. It fits my 15.2h Appendix QH on the second hole on both sides. I also use it on a 14.1h Arabian and it fits just fine.

Quality seems to be decent but, I cannot use it until I buy a smaller girth. I've got a 15 month old mustang that is 13.3 hands and in the smallest hole set it's still about 4" too big. It would have been nice for an actual length to be listed and an option for different sizes.

I just bought a new horse, she’s overweight. She’s been on pasture for the past few years with no work whatsoever. I read the reviews, a few said it runs small. Threw it on her and was shocked it fit! She’s around 14.2ish hands, we haven’t measured her, and as I said very fat. I bought side reins as well, just haven’t gotten them in yet.
