I've purchased WeatherTech floor and cargo liners for the past 10+ years. This includes vehicles (SUVs) from GM, Jeep and Ford. In each case the product fits well, covers the footwell with a good rise (or "rim"), they are very durable (tough) and clean easily with auto wash soap solutions. The liner material itself is a flexible (semi-rigid) polymer with a generally hard dent (or puncture) resistant surface (i.e. not rubbery). They may feel somewhat slippery when wetted. However, to the latter point, the liners have a molded stippled surface to improve "grip", and like a tire tread they have a pattern of grooves which tend to direct wetting away front the peddle area. I've experienced no staining or sun fading with these liners. In my case the liners are exposed to sandy dirty, some mud, spilled coffee and shoes contaminated with grease or petroleum based products. Through all such abuse the liners have done their job in protecting my vehicle interior. In short, I'm quite pleased with WeatherTech product quality and performance. In regard to the specific 448151 front floor liner product part number, WeatherTech lists this number as applicable to the 2017 Ford Edge. However, the Amazon site reports this number is NOT applicable to the current 2017 Ford Edge. But this is not correct, indeed just as WeatherTech lists on their site, part number 448151 is the correct fitment for the current Ford Edge (in Black). Also, the image Amazon shows for the 448151 floor liner part number is not correct. In particular, the driver side liner shown looks nothing like the actual 2017 Ford Edge floor liner (granted it may be a generic image). In sum, if you're buying these liners for a 2017 Ford Edge you can order the 448151 part number through Amazon and be assured that they'll fit perfectly (note I have the Titanium trim level). But before you order ALWAYS check the WeatherTech site for the correct part number to assure fitment (and color choice) to your particular vehicle model. My only knock on WeatherTech floor liners is that they're a bit pricy, and no one gives any significant discount on these products. But on the other hand, buying quality always demands a premium and at least they are US made.

I honestly can NOT imagine a better car mat—they fit my Ford Edge perfectly. They are deep on all four sides and hold tons of crap and snow melt off. They show no signs of wear after full NE salty crappy winter and my carpets look great. They are a little challenging to clean, as the rubber is very stiff and there are lots of nooks and crannies; well worth the extra effort, however.

I have been a fan of weather tech products for years, more so since being able to get them from Amazon. I saved A LOT in shipping, handling and tax on the exact, branded floor mats...and got them in a day and a half with Prime. I’ll admit that I had some concerns when ordering, because amazon used a stock photo of floor mats rather than the actual model. When they arrived though, they fit perfectly. Bottom line: I would recommend verifying the part number on the weather tech site before ordering, just to be sure. Amazon will be my first stop from now on.
