I’m pleased with this purchase. I just wanted something voluminous for photos and this did the trick. It’s not perfect, the lace separates from the seams easily but I feel that’s an easy fix. The size I got(5x) is perfect for ne(5’6. 270lbs). It’s very cute and can be dressed up.

Super fun skirt with lots of ruffles and fluff! I steamed it before trying on, and it poofed up a lot. Its comfortable and seems surprisingly sturdy, but I haven't worn it for an even or anything. I think the color is accurate and very pretty ( I ordered Dusty Pink). My only complaint would be that the waistband doesn't look very formal, so I would probably cover with a belt For reference, I am 5'6, 160lbs, bust 41in, waist 34in. I ordered an XL, which is my size according to their chart. It fits true to size and the length is perfect for me without heels. It may be a bit short if you're tall or wearing heels. ... show more

Pros: *The fushia is a gorgeous color. It’s even more vibrant than the picture. *I liked the length for my daughter. She is just over 5’6” and has long legs. She was wearing flat sandals and the skirt hit the ground and covered her feet. She did have to lift the front a little to go up and down stairs. As you can see from the photos, it wasn’t too high on her waist. *The split was only visible when she wanted it to be. The tulle is very full and it mostly covers the split. This may be a con for some, but because it comes up so high (more than halfway up her thigh), it worked better for her. *As I mentioned, the tulle is very full. She looked like a cake topper. *I have Prime and it arrived quickly and without any damage. The packaging compressed it, but it fluffed up quickly when I took it out of the package. Cons (sort of) *We tried using a rhinestone belt with it, but it got caught on the tulle. I suppose that is to be expected. *She may have stepped on it, but one of the gathers at the front of the skirt came loose on her first wear. I think it is something I can fix. *She usually wears a medium, so that is what I ordered...big mistake. The waist was so tight that I had to cut it. In the skirt’s defense, I should have followed the size chart. Her waist measures 30 1/2 inches. According to the chart, she should have gotten an X-large. The problem is, had I gone up to that size, it probably would have been too long and too big everywhere else. Some reviewers said to order down a size, and at least one said order up. My advice is measure your waist, follow the chart and be prepared to cut some of the length, if necessary. *The waist band is just under 2 inches wide, which I like. However, I’m not a fan of what the waistband looks like. If I had time, I would have covered it with a wide belt or some matching fabric/ribbon. Overall, my daughter and I love this skirt. The cons aren’t really cons, as they were mostly avoidable. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

This skirt was everything— and then some. I normally wear a medium (28/6), but I opted for a large as I had other layers underneath. I wanted to make sure the skirt was going to sit right and not ride up. I definitely could have gone with a medium, but the large was fine for my purposes. The length was long, even for me. I am 5’7” with a 34” inseam, and even then I was lifting my hemline up… I was wearing Docs, not heels, so there’s that. I did not smell any chemical odor, which is always a bonus. I hung my skirt on a coat hanger, and let it fluff out for a few days before Halloween, which I think was necessary. The skirt is flowy, well-made and easy to style in many different ways.
