I didn't want to spend nearly $200 on the Garnet Hill or Pottery Barn versions and went with this. It isn't as heavy as the name brands, is actually pretty light weight, but looks great. It would be great for warm weather locations or as a decorative blanket on a bed.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to this being delivered. I even ordered a cream colored one along with a green one. It is extremely thin. The instructions are a blow by blow on how to take it out of the package so you don’t ruin it. It says it’ll fluff up Naturally, or you can put it in the dryer on delicate low heat and it will fluff it up, but it doesn’t. Which I was actually OK with because I didn’t wanna go through the trouble of returning it. But once I got the shams on, I noticed all these spots all over them. They kind of look like grease spots for lack of a better way to explain them. Looking at the comforter, it’s the same.

I normally read reviews before purchasing but I was in a rush to have a nice new bedspread before the holidays. I took the item carefully as instructions showed to and washed before use which is normal to do. I did immediately notice how thin the fabric was, you'll notice in my photos. While making the bed less than a month of use I noticed the 2 ripped areas on the shams. Shams are decorative and only stay on my tufted bench when we go to bed. Then they go right back on when I make the bed. They are not around anything sharp. I have not checked the whole King bedspread for additional damaged areas but I'm within the return period, so I will try the return process because this simply seems like a waste of money.
