This device is excellent for removing upper lip hair, I personally have never had issues with the string breaking. As long as you wrap it properly around the prongs it works just as displayed. Plenty of string included, I haven't even needed to buy refills. Super easy to use, I can have salon quality results in less than 10 minutes. Could not recommend this product more!

I purchased the WAYCOM Facial Hair Remover hoping for an effective threading alternative to waxing or tweezing, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with this product. The main issue is the thread design—it's too large, which severely limits your options. You're essentially forced to use their proprietary thread, which feels like a cash grab and reduces the flexibility of the device. This isn't ideal if you want compatibility with standard threading supplies. Beyond that, the threading motion itself is inconsistent, making the device difficult and frustrating to use. The inconsistent action makes it hard to effectively remove hairs, which defeats the entire purpose of the product. What should be a straightforward hair removal process becomes a tedious, unreliable experience. At $32.99, this isn't cheap enough to overlook these fundamental functionality issues. The device feels like it was either poorly designed or cheaply manufactured without proper quality control. I would not recommend this product and definitely wouldn't buy it again. If you're looking for an electric threading epilator, I'd suggest exploring other brands that have better engineering and don't lock you into proprietary supplies.

Omg 😆 amazing fantastic just sit with mirror and let the magic work . I have not got to my waxing lady for the longest time since I bought this . Every week I had to go n get my lip n chin waxed n every month for eyebrows n face . So easy so convenient to use . Pulls my dark back hairs all from root no scars no nothing . Just perfect 👌 highly recommend for us women with facial hair . Only issue I had the the spring in front holds thread pops thread out . But otherwise this is my favorite part of threading my own hair . I have thick lip n chin hair so now every week I do my own face . Thank you for whoever created this ❤️✌️✌️am a happy customer especially I don’t wear makeup only my skincare FYI it’s was amazing but lasted for two months after that dead 💀 doesn’t work it’s stops . Very disappointed 😢

Purchased the ladies facial Hair Remove. I tried it the first day. To see how it work I pulled it up on utube. It took me a little while to figure out how to thread it, at first I had it too loose when I wrapped it around the pink bolt. It would jam when I turn it on. .once I tightened the 2 bolts that the string was wrapped around, it stopped jamming! Then I put the powder on the hair and got started. I did 2 areas and was shocked!!! It worked!! I did have to go over the area, but it worked!! This little gadget will save me a lot of money! I will only have to go have my eyebrows done. It works very well. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it took a little time to figure it out. It stings when it pulls the hair, but not worth not getting. It also came with a warranty on card. After the Amazon 30 return, I will email them directly. It did not give a warranty time. If you thinking about it, recommend you get it. I can see a lot of the ladies that do the manual threading loose a few customer!

Updated review: First time it worked like charm and I was in love with this product. But 2nd time, no luck. The string keeps poping out of the middle hook. Very disappointing. I was hoping this will work long term for me. Have to return and may be get a replacement to try again. I just got this item and I am quite happy with my first try. I followed a video on youtube to get the thread in place but I did have to knot the ends otherwise it will not stay in place. Have to be very careful near eyebrows. I tried all areas of my face and neck except my eyebrows. I was too scared it would mess up my eyebrows. But it worked great for other areas of my face. Pain was not too bad. If you are used to threading , it is very similar to that. Also, I like that I can do it myself and do not need anyones help. I can save my parlour trips. I used my own powder but this comes with the powder and head band to project ur head hair. I gave 4 stars because I want to see how long it will work well and also how much will the thread refill cost me? If I can find a refill for the thread? Negatives -> Does not come with instructions on how to use the thread. Not sure if I can find refill for the thread hard to use near eyebrows. Only one speed. But overall happy as of now. If it is durable and I can use long term, I will give it 5 stars.

This is great machine!! Most efficient way to remove hair. DO NOT USE FOR EYEBROWS OR NEAR EYEBROWS, it’s really easy for you to lost control and ruin your brows. Best use for the rest of the face and body. You have to angle the machine and move it around to grab all the hair and might have to go over areas a couple times. This is normal. Use the powder. It’s so good I bought another one for my niece

This thing does not work at all! The string does not stay in the loops and it does not grab any hairs. I tried it on my legs first and didn’t get one hair. I had to restring it multiple times before I gave up. Waste of money and effort.
