These playing cards are excellent quality. The material makes them completely waterproof and very durable – perfect for taking to the beach, pool, or just using during game nights where spills might happen. They wipe clean easily. Despite being plastic, they have a smooth finish, feel flexible and comfortable to hold, and shuffle surprisingly well. The texture allows for easy handling without being too slippery. The design looks sleek, too. These are a fantastic alternative to standard paper cards if you need something more resilient. Excellent deck for any occasion.

These cards DO live up to the waterproof protection that is described, and the they look and feel nice when you first pick them up. The shiny gold and silver coloring on black is a nice look, and the back side that is black diamonds is a sharp look too. That said, these cards are slippery when dry and are a little hard to handle. They shuffle fine and bend nicely, but are so slick that a bridge shuffle is hard to wrangle. When wet - they stick together and get harder to shuffle, as you have to peel them apart. They're certainly more manageable and are still very playable in or near the pool/beach/etc. Better than a regular deck of cards for that. The only other thing is the box. While the box seems water proof as well, it is a little on the large side (the cards rattle around within it) and it also seems flimsy. I don't expect he box to last long, even if the cards do.

These are great cards. Stylish. The material is waterproof which is the reason I got them and they are durable. I definitely was planning on using them for poker since the normal waxed ones damage easily and can tend to get bent after shuffling many times. The only problem I had was that they are a little smaller than normal poker cards. I’m not a fan of that and won’t be using them for my poker games. Instead I gave them to my daughter to give herself numbers to practice her multiplication facts. Since I know she’s not gentle with things, it’s a good thing they are durable plus, I know my toddler will get his hands on them too.

These are good playing cards. They are sturdy and flexible plastic, so I’m confident they will hold up well in water. The images on the card look sleek with their metallic shine, and the overall art is nicely done. I could imagine them feeling a bit slick in some circumstances, but at under $4 a deck, I consider these a terrific value.

These are probably the most BEAUTIFUL playing cards I've ever come across. They have, including the packaging, a black carbon fiber type look to them. The card faces look like they're gold embossed, and have STUNNING design elements to them. They're a bit slippery at first if you intend on doing a lot of shuffling or trying any tricks, but you get the hand of it pretty soon. That's a great tradeoff to get something that TOTALLY WATERPROOF and very much tear resistant. Great conversation starter and a legit set of very real playing cards. Just gorgeous...
