The construction/material is very similar to an in easy care tablecloth or a tent. It is crinkly, but that is fine with me as it is going to go over items to protect them from pets when they're not in use. Will look much nicer than the shower curtain liners we were using. I tested it out and it seems to work quite well. Water pools on top, which is expected as it does not have an absorbency layer. The top layer absorbs some liquid but the rest will pool or run off. You can see some darkness on the underside from the liquid, but no moisture comes through. I also left it and checked at 15 and 30 minutes and no moisture had gone through the barrier. Hopefully it stands up even longer than that on the future! It seems like it will be easy to wash and hoping it will hold up - will update! Update: has been washed a few times now with no visible wear and tear. It does get dripping wet, but that's to be expected as it doesn't really absorb. We air dry no issues. Isn't holding any oders either.

This sheet is perfect for at top sheet over the comforter to protect from animal messes and also to cover the seats and carpet in the truck when transporting the dogs. We have 1 dog that gets car sick really bad. It's soft and easy to fold up and tuck away.

We are using these to cover our coach so our cat doesn't pee on it (health issues). Liquids do not go through, but they are mot absorbed either, they will form a puddle, so removing a soiled sheet is challenging. The sheet are soft, malleable, and dry in a matter of hours after washing (line dry, no drier because they are plastic on the back). They seem made out of soft patio cover material, so they are probably too warm to sleep in, and sweat will not be absorbed. We are happy with them as they do the job we purchased them for. We only need two at a time to cover the entire couch, but we purchased three, so that we have a spare to user when one of them is being washed and dried after a cat accident.

I was expecting it to be like an actual bed sheet with waterproof backing. It’s more like a shower curtain. I purchased this to cover my bed to keep cat hair off of my bedding and to keep vomit from soaking through. I have 2 kitties that shed a ton of fur and often scarf & barf in the most inconvenient places - corners of sofa cushions, the spot on my bed where I lay, area rugs - never on a spot that is easy to clean like, TILE floor 🙄 This meets my needs and seems to wash and dry alright. It will come out of the washer dripping but seems to survive low heat (barely above air fluff) and dries fast. I don’t recommend drying in dryer unless you can control your temp. The price is a little steep. It costs about 3 times more than what it should cost. I will use it but will not buy this again when it’s time to replace it. I would like something a bit more sturdy for this kind of money.

I am not sure of the primary target for these incredible waterproof sheets but I bought them to protect my bed from a swim-loving dog and a finicky cat who would demonstrate her disdain for lackadaisical litter box cleaning on my bed. The sheets are flat, not bulky at all, with a waterproof backing. They seem to launder well and I have used the sheet as a light cover over the top of my bed. It has kept my bed dry and my pets at home. Recommended.

Update - cat peed on the bed when he was trapped in the room by accident and it went right through the cover. I thought he got under the sheet, but a black light proved otherwise that he peed on the cover and it soaked right through. I was going to wash it but there is no point of using it if it's not water proof. I sleep under this for the off chance that my cat will pee on the bed. He's done it a few times before and I got all new bedding since and no accidents so far. It's pretty crinkly so he doesn't like to get on the bed. I've gotten used to it, wish there was something better. The king size does fit a queen bed which is nice because other versions of this the queen size is only 60x80. It suits this purpose and no accidents yet.

With 4 very senior kitties (over 15 yo) I needed to protect good furniture from becoming damaged by odors which I assumed resulted from elderly "accidents." I was dubious, and therefore wonderfully surprised when every one of them immediately went up to the covered chair, sniffed, and rubbed their faces on the covering. Cats do that only when they really like something. Ironically, they seem to like this covering so much that no "liquids" have been found on it. That is wonderful imo. Previously I had had a thick piece of plastic sheeting covering the chair and there had been many instances of puddles on the plastic covered chair. So, what can I say except that wetting issues with kitties can be the strangest kind of things. This covering's material exudes no odor of its own either, is easy to manage, and is also good looking and "soft." Amazing product.
