The shoes were received quickly (48-72 hours after placing the order). Initially I was not impressed as once they were removed from the plastic packing material there was a very strong and offensive petroleum odor. I placed them outside on the back deck and after 24 hours the smell was entirely gone. I was happy with the fit; I ordered 10.5 as my usual Skechers are size 10 and I generally don't trust sizing charts that are included with product descriptions (they are a rough guide at best). Despite the good fit, I was disappointed in the cushioning of the insole -- there didn't seem to be much. However, my wife recommended I wear them for a day to give them a proper test (as always, she was correct). I wore them for the better part of the day doing some yard work raking leaves leftover from the fall and applying weed & feed to the lawn. To my pleasant surprise, these were some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. What I really appreciated was after the yard work was done, the shoes were covered in dust from the weed & feed. I simply threw them in the shower with me and washed them out. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to how quickly they dried as I mistakenly left them in the shower after dressing. They were still quite damp when I found them in the shower the next morning but dried relatively quickly after leaving them in our utility room for a couple of hours. Beyond the partial day use test, the construction seems solid. I really like the metal screen material positioned between the outsole and the foundation layer that lies directly beneath the insole. They slip on easily and have a good trail/hiking/tennis shoe-look to them. The fabric upper keeps the feet cool and larger particulates out. The tread and wrap-around rubber toe and heel is solid and protects tender toes quite well. I have to admit, my initial impression was wrong. I really like these shoes and would wear them around the house or running errands without question. The true test will be how they last over time and as these are a new purchase I cannot comment on that just yet. However, with the knowledge I have now, I do recommend purchasing.

I don't usually write reviews whether good or bad but this time I had to as these shoes started "talking" (front sole and upper mesh separated) on the 2nd day of use. I used it at a beach and a pool. Normally I'd do beach activities but it was my first day on vacay so all I did was hit the waves on the beach and relax by the pool. I did nothing to justify the soles coming off. Very bad quality. Had to overspend in another country for basic water shoes that I'm gonna throw away before I go back home. Then again, they lasted more than 2 days so maybe I should keep them smdh.

All of my shoes I own are size 10-11. 11 typically being a pair of boots with heavy socks. The water shoe trailblitz sport sizing is WAY OFF. I ordered a 10. It was a too large, so I ordered a pair of size 9. Too big so I ordered a pair of 8.5 and 8. The 8.5 were too big so that leaves the size 8. Unfortunately, the sz 8 sent me was a size 7.5 as noted inside the shoe. (the package said 8). The 7.5 was too small so I ordered an 8 by itself this time and same thing the package said 8 but the shoes inside said 7.5. Sz 8 would be the proper fit but it appears they are incapable of getting their sizing for 8 correct. The shoe seems ok for the price range but the sizing is 2 sizes off. TOO LARGE
