I bought these on a whim, looking for something that would be light and breathable for spring and summer, while also being wide enough for my feet AND work appropriate (substitute teacher). I will admit, they look a little silly, but honestly, I don't even care. I throw on a pair of compression socks, slap on my shoesies, and do my job. My feet are usually covered behind a desk and/or covered by my dresses, anyway 🤷♀️ Being "barefoot" shoes, there isn't much in the way of support, but there's plenty of space to slide some inserts in if needed, I think. That being said, they're surprisingly comfortable! What they lack in support is made up for with having actual SPACE for my toes, both width AND length. They're super easy to put on, and the strap going across is fully adjustable to fit any thickness of foot. That also comes in handy if your feet swell during the day! They're pretty breathable, but I do wear socks with them, so it's a little hard to tell? My feet don't get too hot, so I guess they're pretty well ventilated lol ... show more

Great water shoes! I have wide/high volume feet and normally wear 8.5-9 shoes (women’s size). I have had other slip-on water shoes that would slide and slip around on my feet. These shoes are wonderful! I wore them all week on Sanibel island beaches (lots of shells). They stayed in place perfectly. The Velcro attachments were secure. There is a removable lining in the shoes, not sewn in or glued in. This worried me because in my old water shoes the lining slipped around a lot causing discomfort. I wear a size 8W shoe so bought the 8-8.5. They are too big for my feet. I am going to order the size smaller and see how it goes. If you have a wide foot, these would be perfect for you. The Velcro closure is perfect for getting a good fit. I bought the dark solid gray color and really love it.

I am hard on my feet and these were so comfortable and lightweight. I walked all over Key West in them with no problems. Dried quickly when they did get wet. Easy on/off. Wear them all the time now. Better support then my sneakers.
