  • COMPLETE KIT FOR PIPE & FOUNDATION LEAK REPAIR: Everything needed to stop a water leak is included: polyurethane water leak foam, Poxy Paste surface sealant, cartridge, mixing nozzles, applicator tools, gloves, and protective glasses. Designed as a DIY foundation crack repair and basement leak sealer system for sealing around water pipe penetrations through concrete walls where moisture intrusion occurs.
  • EXPANDING WATER-CUT OFF FOAM STOPS ACTIVE LEAKS: Hydra Stop 300 expanding formula reacts with water and grows to fill voids, acting as a powerful pipe leak sealant and waterproofing sealant. It forms a tight waterproof seal around pipes up to 1" diameter, helping block seepage at the entry point. Ideal for basement waterproofing, foundation leak repair, and stopping recurring leaks at wall penetrations.
  • SMOOTH-FLOW CARTRIDGE FOR EASY DISPENSING: The dual-cartridge system with mixing nozzle delivers consistent blending and controlled placement. Works like a professional leak repair sealant applicator, reducing mess while improving accuracy. A convenient fix a leak solution for homeowners performing concrete repair and waterproofing basement walls without complicated injection equipment or drilling.
  • NO DRILLING, SEALS FROM THE SURFACE: Unlike many foundation repair kits, this method installs internally at the pipe opening, preserving the structure. Poxy Paste creates a surface sealant barrier while the expanding foam forms the internal water leak sealant. A cleaner alternative to patching, coatings, or chiseling when performing targeted foundation waterproofing at pipe penetrations.
  • MADE FOR BASEMENTS & CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS ONLY, TRUSTED SINCE 1998: Engineered for concrete, cement, and below-grade foundation walls for long-term concrete waterproofing and basement waterproofing sealant performance. From Applied Technologies, a USA-made leader in foundation repair kit solutions relied on for foundation waterproofing, basement wall sealer use, and durable concrete restoration. Not for roofs or gutters.

Description

Water intrusion often starts at one critical point, where a water line or pipe passes through your foundation wall. Traditional fixes like hydraulic cement only seal the surface of the void. Over time, shifting concrete, vibration, and moisture pressure can cause those rigid patches to fail, allowing leaks to return. The Applied Technologies Waterline, Pipe & Penetration Leak Repair Kit is designed to solve the problem at its source. Instead of just covering the opening, this system fills the entire void with fast-acting Hydra Stop 300 expanding polyurethane foam. The material reacts with water, expands, and forms a dense closed-cell barrier around the pipe, helping stop active water leaks and block future moisture intrusion. As the foam expands, it penetrates deep into the opening, capable of traveling through the full thickness of an 8" concrete foundation wall, surrounding the pipe and sealing the pathway where water enters. This creates a flexible, durable seal that moves with the structure rather than cracking like rigid patch materials. The kit is built for DIY homeowners and includes the components needed to perform a controlled repair without drilling or major structural alteration. It is specifically engineered for concrete foundations and basement walls only, making it ideal for basement waterproofing and foundation leak repair at utility penetrations. Trusted since 1998, Applied Technologies manufactures professional-grade concrete repair solutions in the USA, relied upon for long-lasting foundation waterproofing and structural moisture protection.

  • This stuff is expensive, but did the trick!
I had a leak around the hole where my water line goes through the block wall of my basement. It was a nice steady drip. My first thought was that I needed to dig out the outside of the house to stop the water, but that was going to require a bunch of planning and expense. Although I still do plan on addressing the outside water issue, I decided to go with this to get the water drip, stopped. Follow the instructions and it does takes a little bit of time, waiting for the epoxy to cure, but it did the job and I have had no leaks since. I’m not sure if they sell just the epoxy and sealant, but a lot of the items that came with the kit were things I already had like gloves, mixing sticks and and a caulk gun. Also comes with a DVD instructions, lol. The caulk gun is nice quality, however, and it is nice to have all of the items in one box so you don’t have to keep going back and forth to your shop or garage for tools and materials. ... show more

  • A little pricey, somewhat messy, slightly stinky, but does the job!
The previous concrete patches around our gas line were failing, and we were treated to a soothing but inconvenient waterfall whenever it rained. Not wanting to dig from the outside, we looked for inside solutions, and found this kit. It has everything you need in the box, including safety equipment. I agree that the included caulk gun is useless... use your own. We cleaned all the old patching and debris from around the pipe, and followed the directions to mix the epoxy (due to a tube shortage, the epoxy came in two small jars, but it was easy to measure and mix small amounts). Because the opening around our pipe was fairly large, we mixed and applied small batches of the epoxy, gradually building in from the outside toward the pipe, and letting each batch set before adding more. The epoxy has a short working time (~ 5 mins), so the small batches worked well for our application. Make very sure the opening is completely sealed, so no polyurethane foam can leak out. Once the epoxy was set, the foam was easily injected, and everything worked as advertised. We've had several heavy rains, and absolutely no waterfall or water leakage. It might not be pretty, but we're very happy with the results. ... show more

  • Sealed the hole, no water leaks
Follow the directions and instructions. Sealed my 3/4” copper water pipe and 1” hole through my foundation wall. Every heavy rain my garage would flood. There’s plenty of epoxy to get a good seal for the foam injection. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The caulk gun in the kit is a really decent, not the cheap HF type. I applied this a day before a massive few days of rain. 5+ inches of rain in 3 days, not even a wet mark on the wall. ... show more

  • Does come as advertise
Items is shown to be with a cartridge of the poxy paste. A critical item to have as provides the clean and best method for mixing the A and B poxy materials. Package arrived with the poxy paste in jars, requiring a messy and difficult mixing process.

  • Expansive but worth it!
Loved it! it went smooth. If you know little bit of DIY, this will go smoothly. Kit came with everything you need. Except a chisel and a hammer to remove the old cement. I was able to do this with in an hour and no more leaks!

  • Don’t use the provided caulking gun
I don’t know if this product works or not, I will update my review accordingly. What I can say is the caulking gun is better in the dumpster, use your own. It looked good and worked for the epoxy, but while injecting the hydrostop (the main reason people buy this kit) the rivet popped out on the handle to the caulking gun. I tried my best to hold the lock, push on the rod and pump at the same time, but needless to say it was frustrating, and I’m not 100% even though I followed the instructions verbatim. Do yourself a favor and ditch the junk caulking gun when you open the package. Update, buy a different caulking gun but it does work! ... show more

  • Great product.
My application was slightly different than the video. Water was seeping from hydraulic cement. No visible space around the pipe. I drilled 2 holes through foundation wall. Pumped both holes full. If ut truly expands, I think it'll do the trick. Let's see!
