This machine came well packaged and new. I got the wrong color though . I ordered the Gold and got the grey color but it is too much trouble to exchange it so I am keeping it. I wish it had four wheels. I had to buy the four wheel Dolly Cart and it has worked out fine. I have only washed once since I got it and it was a perfect wash. t took 45 minutes for the wash. You can't use hot water just warm. It has a dry inside the machine choice wish I used and it did dry the inside of the machine well. The only problem I have is that I can't remove the filter to clean it. It isn't time to clean it yet but I am worried about that. Otherwise, I do recommend it. Only functional if you have VERY specific faucets and a floor drain. Otherwise unusable.

I deleted my previous review and am going to rewrite it bc I felt like it wasn't very helpful and was too emotional. This is advertised as being compatible for apartments/dorms/RV's. Nothing could be further from the truth. Firstly it requires that you have a floor drain. The drain pipe can't be elevated more than 4 inches!!!! As most people in apartments and dorms are either using their sinks, bathtubs, or toilets to drain this doesn't work for those setups. You need to drain it in a floor drain or a walk-in shower. I'm not familiar with RV's, so maybe it can work with those. If you don't have a floor drain you'll need to elevate it to the height of the drain with a washing machine stand. Most people store this somewhere and then roll it on a dolly to their faucet/drain as needed I'm not sure how you'd do that while it's elevated on a stand. Seeing as this is a top loader and a little over 4 feet tall you'll also need a little ladder to climb up to put your laundry in. That isn't reasonable especially considering there are options that don't require these things. You could also drain it into a giant bucket and use a sump pump to force the water up, but again why if there are better options? All the modifications needed start to add up. The second problem I ran into after I realized it wouldn't work with my standpipe in my laundry room is that it is not compatible with any of my faucets even with the adapters. I was going to use my standard washing machine hookups in my laundry room with the drain pipe that isn't compatible. Well the standard hookups weren't compatible with the machine's water hoses either, even with adapters. So I turned to my kitchen whose faucet also wasn't compatible, and then my bathroom which wasn't either even with the provided adapter. I'm not sure why, they are just regular faucets. But once again I'd have to spend more money adapting my apartment for this machine to work. But even if I did I still have the drainage problem. It's a pretty machine and its interface is attractive. It's around 45 lbs. So for the average able-bodied person it shouldn't be too hard to move around. That's all I can really review because I wasn't able to use it. All this being said the company was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. After explaining that I'm disabled and don't have a car they arranged a FedEx pickup. Otherwise I have no idea how I would have returned it. It was a struggle as it was to repackage everything. I'm sure with a compatible environment this machine works as advertised. Just be very careful that you the appropriate faucet for the water inlets (although I confess have no idea what they are or how to find out what they are), and that you have a floor drain available. Otherwise your going to have a 45 lb bulky unwieldy mistake on your hands that you have to figure out how to get rid of. ... show more

Compré esta lavadora Fox Shack de 15.6 lb y ha sido una excelente decisión. Es compacta pero sorprendentemente potente: lava muy bien, deja la ropa limpia y bien enjuagada. Es ideal para apartamentos, familias pequeñas o para quienes no quieren depender de lavanderías. Me encanta que sea automática, fácil de usar y que no haga ruido excesivo. La capacidad es perfecta para cargas medianas y el ahorro de agua y tiempo se nota muchísimo. Además, el diseño es moderno y ocupa poco espacio. La he usado varias veces y hasta ahora funciona de maravilla, sin vibraciones fuertes ni problemas.
