While I do think this is a heavy duty piece of equipment that could be absolute amazing, I had a really hard time getting it installed. The hardware is ridiculous- 1/4 inch screws to hold the unit up? And the force it takes to pull it down? Came out of my wall. Tried again with the provided instructions and again, it came out of the wall. Then went to Home Depot & got 1" wood screws and switched positions so it was partially placed in a stud. Now it is up, although I don't know why it takes soooo much strength to pull it down. It will end up coming out of the wall again if I keep pulling it down. Overall, I didn't find any other options for this device and I suppose this is what I am stuck with. My walls are ripped to shreds. I really need this but it isn't working great so I'm not sure what to do. ... show more

More sturdy then I expected. I would suggest better drywall anchors for the screws that can't be on a stud. The rod and hinges exceeded expectations. Shipping was very quick actually faster then I see most prime items. Very happy with my purchase and seller. I got one to test and will be ordering the rest for my closet. ... show more
