The three most important things to me in workout shorts; Are the shorts comfortable while working out, are the size of the shorts good, and do the shorts move with me? These shorts excel in all ways. They are super comfortable. The size was perfect for working out. They don't feel too snug or too loose. Finally, when doing squats or leg press, the shorts felt like they moved perfectly with me. I highly recommend these shorts.

My favorite thing about these shorts is the fit. They're perfectly sized with a good fitting waist band and a nice slim leg, they also have built in underwear to keep things in place on the treadmill! the only down side is the drawstring that goes around the waste band falls right out and will not go back in!

the shorts are okay i guess but the zippers are a huge pain to deal with. they constantly drag and catch on nothing. one of mine went through the wash after wearing it once and came out with the zipper off the track so it doesn't zip closed anymore ):

I have always had issues buying the right fitting shorts as I feel I’m a small framed person with skinny legs. I’m 5.7” 170lbs. Have ordered numerous different style shorts having to return them as either too wide on the legs or baggy on the thighs and butt. On reading reviews on these shorts I thought would give it a try. I usually wear a L but ordered a Medium to check out the fit. Was I pleasantly surprised?? Fit great all the way. Waist good butt fit good and most of all its nice and narrow at the legs just the way I like them, in fact have an extra lining on the inside with 2 side pockets. They are very comfortable when bend or squat no problem. My only issue was no back pocket but it is what it is. Can be used for casual home wear, jogging , in the gym you name it perfect shorts all around!! I wore them for trial at home. I was so pleased am getting ready to order 2 more colors. Friends out there trust me when I tell you….you will be pleased!!! Thank you Wangdo for making an excellent product
