this is wool and very soft. what i like best is---- my old scarf that was stolen , was always falling off my shoulders when i bent down thus my ears were exposed to the wind. this scarf has a soft cling. not like static just a soft cling . the colors are perfect for fall and winter. i got the red and blue. there is a slight green, but you have to be looking for it - the green does not jump out at you and there is not enough to make it look like like Christmas. we live in Illinois and it gets cold and windy here, it is wide enough to cover my head and my shoulders i don't like a hood because i don't like the bulk on my back when i am driving. this is perfect for me

I saw something similar at a local boutique, didn't buy it, went back because I changed my mind and it was gone. Found this on Amazon and decided to chance it. It's more than half the price but it's also not as thick and the colors are more muted in person. Oddly, it seems brighter in the pictures I just took for this review. Its nice and wide and still nice so I'm keeping it. I wanted something to throw over my shoulders for nights out if it gets chilly but you don't want to wear a jacket. The time I wish I had this was a night out with friends and they had dressier things like this and I had my fave hoodie. I was warm but felt under dressed. This should work well enough but won't be as warm as my hoodie! Next time I'm at that boutique I'll buy the thing I want there and then. Lesson learned. Still, this is cute. Not as soft as I'd hope but again, as is my theme here, it'll do.

The colors are RICH and VIBRANT, the fabric is HEAVENLY SOFT and the quality is SUPERB! I just wish the seller and/or Amazon thought as much of their product as I do. My beautiful scarf was shipped in nothing more than the manufacturer's semi-transparent, PERFORATED zip-lock bag that anyone can see through and open. In fact, I'm not so sure someone didn't open it because the bag wasn't even closed all the way. My parcel had no outer protective packaging, not even tape to seal it. It was left on the ground of my somewhat muddy, soiled, soaking-wet front porch (we've been having torrential, bomb cyclone rain) in a flimsy bag with air holes. (I'm thinking of a type of "hole" right now, and it's not "air.") HOW CARELESS AND INCONSIDERATE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN YOU BE? So, while it's a LOVELY, LOVELY ITEM sold at a AMAZING price, I'm APPALLED by the COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISREGARD I've been shown as a buyer.

I purchased this scarf when it was on sale, and it was pretty good for the price, also soft. Two things to note: 1) the red leans orange on this scarf, pretty bright against my other red scarfs, 2) the weave is very loose so it can get snagged pretty easily.

I bought this scarf due to it showing as purple under the headline "colour", it is not, it is different colors of the red spectrum. However it is a beautiful scarf and yes it is thin however if doubled it will keep your neck warm. I truly do like the scarf and I have used it over my shoulders when the house feels too cool and it helps me stay warm. It is nice and long which I wanted. I would suggest this scarf for anyone just realizing the colors may not match the photos they show. I happen to be happy with my scarf.

This is definitely worth the money, but it does have a few flaws. Not quite as soft as myother scarves, but not bad! Itโs not keeping me from wearing it. I love that it is bold and beautiful. But it does leave hair like lint on my sweaters. Again itโs not keeping me from wearing it, but I have to use my lint brush after I wear it. The sweater is a great size. Not too big, not too little and it is double sided so you donโt have to worry about it getting turned around. Definitely an awesome value. It is versatile, in the fact that a man or a woman could wear it. Not sure I would give it as a gift because of the lint deposits on my sweater.
