First, this came without instructions but, honest to goodness, it didn't need any. I put this together and hung on wall by myself-- let's amend that to *easily* by myself which says a lot for the quality and design. Took all of ten minutes to put together and the hex wrench is included. The rods attach to the end braces with screws. Everything went together easily. It's sturdy and well made. The studs in my house are 16" on center so it was simple to find the studs, then attach using a drill, a level, an electric screwdriver, and the provided screws. I did not need a second set of hands to hold this in place, just balanced with one hand while marking, drilling, and using the screwdriver with the other. Once the first, upper right hand screw was safely attached to the stud, it was a piece of cake. Took longer to find the step ladder than to hang the shelf. The quality is fabulous, one of the best upgrades to my horrid little '80's kitchen. (Whoever built the house installed cabinets that were too small to hold pots and pans. Go figure.) Except for a couple of cheap-o non-stick skillets, these pictured are 3 to 5 ply, high quality, heavy pots (All-Clad, Viking) and the shelf is solid and secure. I didn't try out the cast iron--not quite that brave :) I'll update if needed but this things is beautiful and solid. ... show more

This pot rack was very easy to install and hang. My husband usually take hours to complete even the smallest home improvements but this was easy for him to complete in about 45 minutes. He screwed the rack right into the studs and it is very sturdy. It looks beautiful and has really freed up a lot of cabinet space in my small kitchen. The media could not be loaded. Love these sturdy, stainless steel shelves for our outdoor shower. We hang up wetsuits, weight belts, snorkel and swim gear, etc. Quite sturdy and corrosion resistant.

I bought this to add an extra shelf in my kitchen. I installed it where there was previously a decorative piece of trim between my cabinets. Install space was limited by an outlet and the length of the install plate, however it worked out. I had one stud and used the included hardware and had to use a drywall anchor for the other side. It still seems sturdy for my purposes. I have breads, fruits/veggies and pastries/sweets on the shelf. These used to sit on a tray on my counter and take up a ton of space. Not to mention my cat would get into them...smh! Now everything is out of the way. We are also using the s hooks for coffee mug storage. I think it looks nice with my stainless steel appliances and serves its purpose. Overall, good buy. ... show more

I’m so glad I found this beautiful pot rack. It was easy to assemble and fairly easy to install—you do need a power drill and a level (though you can use arm power if no drill). I have a small kitchen so I needed extra space to put my pots and pans and my stainless steel bowls. I love that it comes with lots of hooks.
