It makes the most of freeing up my double sink area and counter space on both sides of my sink. Actually my faucet was higher than the 19 inches it said it would accommodate, my faucet is 20 inches and it worked perfectly with this drain board. I’m don’t have much patience putting stuff together but this was very easy! Even I could do it. Seems very stable. No problems yet. I love it! Only bad thing is that I didn’t have it sooner😜. I have a VERY small kitchen. With the 2 little sinks. So I was worried on finding one that would fit. Bc I also have 2 cabinets above each side of the sink. But it fits just fine. I love how u can expand it or make is smaller for the perfect fit. The water doesn’t drain down all on my counter either. I was worried it would drip behind the it or something. It doesn’t. It frees up so much counter space. I also have a very nosy kitty, who loves to get on my dishes. This helped that as well. I really do recommend this dish drainer! It seems sturdy and perfect for my small family. I’m a single momma with 2 sons and it’s plenty big for us. If u have a large family I’d get one with 3 levels instead of 2. This one extends longer than all that I looked at for the price of this one. It’s extremely sturdy and I like the face the side pieces are raised up close to 3 inches, which makes cleaning around the unit easy. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about is the height of the sides of the basket that is used for cups, pans etc since it doesn’t have slots for plates. I wish that basket was a little taller. There are 4 mobeable baskets plus a small utensils basket. The utensil basket is really small but ok. There is a separate knife holder that I like. This looks great, holds tons of dishes and a few pots/pans, dries everything over sink and frees up counter space!!! I also added an extra utensil holder, small towel rack and cup and glass holders from my old dishrack and omg 😳 this holds so much and looks great too! Affordable price, its super sturdy and easy to put together (My husband usually does the handy dandy put together stuff). I could't find any assembly instructions but I didn't open the packaging that had the baskets - thinking I would not need them until the end but I looked at the online photo and figured it out and then opened the basket packaging and found the instructions! It was easy to put together and came with a 2 wrenches to put it together. I found it to be study, unbroken, and all pieces were there. I extended it to full extension of 38.2 and perhaps it would have gone further but I didn't stretch it that far. In my case I have a large window and could have gone with the 3 tier. As you can see from the photo is practially disappears into my window due to the pane glass and same black metal. I have been wanting one of these for a long time and actually the photos do make it look at little messy but I always have things that I handwash and don't put in the dishwasher and constantly had a dishrack at the right side of the sink just eating up counter space. I'm happy with the purchase and maybe I might opt to purchase a larger one in the future. I re-arranged the baskets several times to suit my needs so they aren't exactly like the picture on Amazon. Seems shaky at first but it's actually pretty solid once the suction cups hold on well. I love the modular design, we can place all the trays and racks in any position we want and cleaning it is pretty easy. Great if you live in an apartment or just don't want to clutter up valuable kitchen counter real estate. Easy to assemble, but the instructions are sub par at best, so if you need explicit, step-by-step instructions you're gonna have a bad time. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

There are many options for over - sink dish racks. I picked this one because it was under a hundred dollars. I put it together and was a bit disappointed. The bars /legs are thin and I don't believe the rack will last a year. The quality just isn't there. The bars are threaded around the metal itself and it felt like I could easily ruin the thread or bend the metal bars if I wasn't careful. Might not matter to you if you don't have kids but I still think you have to be careful, especially when the rack is full of dishes. It isn't completely sturdy. Make sure you measure your sink! Mine was about half an inch off but still works. I had to adjust one of the legs a bit. The little baskets and side hangers are nice but a bit small to fit most of my dishes. I don't think there's enough space in the cup for spoons/forks, unless you live alone and only use a couple of spoons and forks. Overall, not bad, but I'm sure there's a lot better out there. ... show more
