    • Same size fits differently in different styles

3.5 stars rounded up If I wasn’t so tall, these would probably be 5 stars. I ordered the Albury and the Betsy. I was hesitant to get these because at 6’2, I usually get my jeans in 35-37” inseam, especially because the majority of my height is my legs. Plus, I’m curvy, so my butt tends to use up quite a bit of fabric. However, I saw another reviewer say they were my height and that they worked, so I figured I’d give it a shot. If nothing else, I figured I would know quickly if they worked and could return them easily because I’m a Prime member. The Albury fit really comfortably in my normal size and were just long enough to be passable. They would have been better as a skinny Jean because then it would have tapered in at the ankle and the length would have looked more intentional/fashionable. As a bootcut, the flare hits at a point that I almost don’t like (past the ankle, but I can still feel the breeze), but works decently enough to keep them. I won’t be keeping the Betsy style. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a darker wash, but the Betsy fit tighter in the same size. It could be that same stiffness that causes the length to miss the mark. A few centimeters makes all the difference because the flare on the Betsy hits too high and brings these to high water territory. I’m not terribly sad about not keeping them because I also didn’t pay attention to the fact that the Betsy had gems on the back pocket, which is not my jam. ... show more

    • Love! But a little short

When I first bought these, I think I was carrying some extra weight so they didn’t fit. They were too tight in the stomach. Which was strange to me because all my jeans in that same size fit fine. But they weren’t brand new and had been worn and stretched. It always slipped my mind to return them and get a different size but I honestly didn’t think I’d get a size that fit bc that size fit so well in the legs and butt that if I went a size bigger, they would have been too big in those areas. Well 6-7 months later after losing quite a bit of weight from cutting out sugar and gluten and just try to eat healthy in general, I was like hey I’m going to put those on and see and they fit! They were actually a little big. I always wash AND dry them so they will fit a little better but since they are stretchy, they come a little lose after about 5 hours of wearing them. Those are the only paid of my jeans that I dry in the dryer. The only downside is that they are kind of short. So I can’t wear them with any kind of lift. I don’t ever have to order jeans in long. I’m 5’4 and I do have long legs but not so long that I’ve ever had to order a long length in order to wear heels. I’m planning on ordering more of these jeans now! And I’m going to try the long length. I’ll update post with how that works out! ... show more

In love with these jeans!! It’s very hard to find jeans that look good with my body style. I’m short and on the curvier side. What always ends up happening is I find jeans that fit my waist, but then there way too long and I have to cuff or hem. That’s a hassle. These jeans give me that sexy bootcut fit which is the perfect length for me. It’s low rise so it fits my hips. I look so good in these jeans and get compliments every time I wear. My only complaint is that I bought 4 different pairs, all the same size, just different colors. They all fit differently which is odd considering it’s the same brand and cut only difference being a light color VS dark. Makes it hard to shop for multiple pairs of jeans because at that point it becomes a shot in the dark on what’s going to fit when it arrives. Then I have to go through the back and forth hassle of sending jeans back, buying more and seeing what actually fits. The struggles us women go through for fashion. It wasn't until AFTER the order had been shipped, that I realized this pant is a JUNIOR plus size! I though, oh wow...there is no way this will fit me, since Junior cuts are different than that of full-grown women. Well, I figured I'd have to send it back as soon as it got here. I decided to give it a go and see how far off I was. Well, color me tickled...these suckers fit beautifully! Unlike the usual fit I get in pants, with the horribly baggy thigh and waist area, these fit perfectly! I guess I've had it wrong all along, I don't know...but I can say I WILL be ordering more of these! I just got them yesterday, so I'll see how they wear. I am 5'10.5" tall and a size 12. These fit me perfectly as size 11! They are so comfortable. Very nice design. They even have pretty rhinestones I didn't even know were there when I ordered! Just enough stretch where needed. I washed in cool water, dried for a few minutes on very low heat. Then I hung them up to finish drying. There was so shrinkage or curling at the bottom of the legs! ... show more

I am 5'11 and around 265lb, and have a hard time finding jeans that don't cost and arm and a leg. I ordered 22L and they are the perfect length, stylish and so comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. I will be buying some more. I even like them better than Maurice's jeans.
